A nice dry rose, good depth of colour and great value for the price. Ordering was straight forward and the wine came in a reasonable time frame given the current circumstances.

I have been in "lock-down" while working in Broome so decided to buy a mixed case. A google search put me onto Just Wines. I had trouble ordering due to poor internet in my accommodation but did the online chat function and placed my order hassle free. My introductory offer was validated and an order placed via Christian (I think that was his name) and all was done. The only down side was nothing to do with Just Wines but with Australian Post but when the order arrived it was better than expected. I will most defiantly use them again.

Service and communication was 5 stars but the wines are definitely C grade. But I guess I have got what I paid for by only spending $75 a case. Will choose wisely next time.

Excellent selections of wines and good service. I have used a few times and will use again. Due to current COVID19 situation there was a slight delay in delivery but was worth the wait.

Ok, i wasn't after top shelf wines at the price i was paying but i was surprised at the quality of them. They far exceeded my expectations and i will definitely be purchasing again. Cheers

Friendly staff who call me periodically to see if I'm running out - always get to talk to the same lady who never gets pushy if I'm not in the market for any product at that time.

Good OZ & NZ wines at wholesale prices when on sale delivered to my door. All without Dan's man size hand rummaging around in me pocket. Crisp & Creamy - not at all sweet like crispycream.

I was unable to order online, but the consultant fixed that and more. Jreceived good qualityy wines in quick time, and was enrolled in thr wine reserve which I am looking forward to using

Good value and a nice selection of white wines. Recommended for anyone looking to start a collection of good white wines. I would buy this selection again. I had a minor issue with customer service but I will address that privately.

50/50 on the Emmett's Crossing Reserve, I personally thought it a good wine but one other was a little dispirited? Tried with other friends and was a success, so overall a great deal for the price.

I am not normally a red wine drinker, but I found the Emmetts Crossing Cabernet Merlot a very easy drinking wine, and left not bad aftertaste. I never thought I'd say this about a red wine since I am a white wine lover. It was satisfying, easy drinking and fantastic value for money for such a lovely wine.

The lady was very helpful when I first started searching on webpage, answering my questions, making wine suggestions and explaining how it works. Also when something went wrong she was very helpful again.

Poor customer service. Was told I could return, still waiting to be collected 7 days later. After several emails, I’ve given up. I’ll use it for cooking. It’s not what it’s claimed to be. Severely disappointed.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Due to the current circumstances, delays are inevitable but poor customer service and lack of communication are not. I have spent countless hours on the live chat line only to be passed around and no follow through. I finally had a response via email and then that also stopped. It has been almost a month since I placed my order and over a week since I have had any response to my concerns. I have now requested a refund, but again, no response.

I prefer Australian red wines. I have relied on Just Wines to have a good selection of red wines at agood competitive price. Bundles are particularly worth looking at for value and range.

Although I love the mixed red wines I definitely don’t like the addition of rose in the mix If I order a mix of red I definitely don’t want rose

I have been purchasing wines from you for a number of years now, I have recommended you to to my boss (who has purchased) and this is the first time I have purchased an extra dozen for a friend of mine. I am sorry to say neither my friend nor I are happy with the wine, and the packaging of the wine was not up to your usual standard.

I have been a Just Wines customer for a few years and have great service always, even more so when I became a VIP member. Free delivery and an free bottle of wonderful wine per order. Don't go anywhere else!

I love their wine.
However had a cold call offering their mixed box something of the sort..
I do not want to join membership and do not want any cold calling.
I have my number listed in "DoNot Call" register... so that really annoys me.
if you want your customer data to be kept for future marketing, you should get their consent first.

Nice wine but needs to be cellared as too young to be drunk right now, even though it is not a recent year . The RRP can’t be that accurate as cheaper wines taste nicer to drink right now.
