This is a beautiful Cab-merlot, from one if the best wine-growing areas in Australia. Lovely, full-bodied via our which has matured beautifully. A xelight to drink and savour. Highly recommended as a mar Ellis addition to anyone's cellar.

I purchased a Cudo voucher a couple of days ago. Tried to redeem voucher online but could not proceed. I was told that at cob, I would receive an email with a receipt and confirmation of order. No such email received.
So I went into LiveChat and enquired why my order was not processed. Was given the usual run around. Tried again today and was told that it would take a week to process my order!!?? Unbelievable! Just wondering if I have purchased from their site, I would receive my order yesterday. I would also like to point out that this is what is promised on Just Wines website “FAST Despatch”. Too funny, NOT!

Have been buying from Just Wines for a year or so. There wine selection is very broad from very good quality products to well priced & good quality wines around the $7.00 to $8.00 mark. Any issues have been dealt with promptly & fairly. Highly recommend there products & service delivery.

We ordered Emmetts Crossing Reserve Cabernet Merlot 2014 Margaret River - 12 Bottles and we were not disappointed. While waiting we were kept informed of progress and delivery was only a few days later.

after a good couple of years with JW they have turned into a mess ! the last 3 orders with them 2 were delivered to other addresses and never seen again (i did get a refund & Vouchers) the last order made on the 24 march still hasn't arrived or any tracking information ! as of the 15th April on word or Wine ..

I ordered a mixed case from Margaret River. Delivery was quick and the price was great.
2 wines were ok, 2 were good and 2 were excellent. All were easily worth the money.
I've already made another order and really looking forward it.

My wife ordered from them on 2nd April but there is no updates since then.

Very poor service indeed because she tried to contact by email, phone call and online chat but no one would be able to help.

The service was good apart from the first time coupon code "FIRST" not working. Unfortunately the chatbot I was communicating with during my order couldn't help and I didn't receive the $20 discount. Other than this, everything about the order and delivery went well.

This box so far is not impressive. I like taking a chance on the old Shiraz mystery box, but this one in particular is disappointing. I'm 5 bottles in and not had a good one yet. Price was good, reviewed with optimism that the later bottles will be good.

this wine has the subtle peach and pear finish you would look for in a quality Pinot Gris and is the same each and every time.
Did take a long time to arrive

Since ordering our wine from just wines we have always been more than satisfied . The attention to detail is excellent, in as much as letting us know exactly when our wine will be delivered. The variety of wines is brilliant, we are more than happy.

I believe this to be a great way to sample different wines at an affordable price. When ordering from Just Wines I usually include a case of mixed wines in this price range for everyday drinking.

Case of supposedly top shelf wine received was not as described. And over-inflated estimated price of wine. I have been trying to return the case without success since early April. Seller's repsonse was that a return label has been forwarded - no it has not! When I eventually got onto the contact centre, they advised that I didn't need a return label, and that Australia Post would contact me direct. This has not happened either. I'm unable to take it further with eBay because as far as they're concerned the issue has been resolved because Just Wines supposedly has issued a return mailing label. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I recently reviewed Justwines regarding missing cartons.
My faith in this company has been 110% been restored, unfortunately the misunderstanding was probably due to this horrible virus which is having detrimental effects on many companies. My problem was a small hiccup, Justwines have reinstated my supply problems, they have got their act together.
I have already reordered wines, looking forward to our next delivery.

I did finally get our wines with a lot of hassles, was not happy with the situation the way your company used my previous details to take a order with out my permission. Bye bye can't trust your company anymore.

Just wines offers a great choice of wines at a great price. it also has a great delivery service as i get all my wines delivered within 3-4 working days
