Worst Shopping Ever
I ordered product 3 weeks ago. I checked the tracking information on my account page, it's never been changed from "not available yet" for 3 weeks. I contacted them by email 3 times, call them 3 times but no answer. NO ANSWER. I have already paid for the product but I don't know I can get the product or not. This is WORST experience ever.

Very poor online service
I ordered some vinyl repair glue. Their stock had been crushed so they had to order more. 6 weeks later I still have not received the product and my two follow up emails were ignored. Very ordinary.

The worst ever online shopping service
I placed an order 12 weeks ago, Kellys forgot to process it, I contacted them 4 weeks later and was given the wrong advice regarding which products were in stock. When the out of stock item was placed on back order they failed to send the in stock item as agreed. I received no correspondence and when I inquired my emails were ignored. Eventually Kellys agreed to provide a refund, that was 10 days ago.
Still trying to resolve the most frustrating online shopping experience that I have ever dealt with.

Great company to deal with
A most helpful company when it comes to getting the right products and service/support.
Product originally had some manufacturing damage but was returned and replaced with a minimum of fuss and the return process was all taken care of by Kelly's.

I am one of the many very unhappy customer! I would not trust any after sales support from this store. I bought some items from their online store before the easter long weekend this year, paid the lot, but missing some item when delivered, also 2 of the items are seam sealer and they only sent 1, and to make it worst they sent a dried/hardened container due to a leak (the condition of the seam sealer is very obvious, but yet they sent it away). Great customer service responding to complaints
I purchased a Blackwolf Mojave via the website & it arrived about 2 days later - awesome!
Unfortunately after about 6 months, the flexiglass poles that hold up the main dome of the tent cracked - so I contacted the manufacturer with no response.
I then sent a disgruntled email to Kelly's and they responded immediately & took over the complaint.
Jasmin & Jayme both provided excellent & prompt feedback - both email & phone calls.
The manufacturer then sent through further faulty parts & Kelly's kept pushing them to do the right thing - and the whole time kept me up to date with their progress and were very diligent in ensuring everything worked out.
I can't say the same for Blackwolf who obviously couldn't care less.

I'm very happy with the great customer I received recently from Kellys Camping & Outdoors. The staff went above & beyond their call of duty to make sure my order was delivered within my time frame & that everything I ordered was available. I would definitely recommend Kellys Camping & Outdoor

Great price and fast delivery
Ordered a Coleman Event 14 Instant Up in the evening, shipped next day from Sydney and received it the morning of the following day in Melbourne. Couldn't be happier with the service and they were the cheapest price I could find. I would certainly not have any problems recommending them to anyone.

Express Shipping from Kelley's Outdoors
I love going outdoors and I always buy from on line stores that usually gave a better deal for my money. There are many online outdoors suppliers that offer a very good price like Anaconda, Amazon and Rays Outdoors, but this time they are run out of stock of what I need and they can only provide after a week order.
So I decided to call Kelley's outdoors, the woman that spoke to me said that they can despatch the item in the same day through expedited delivery or express delivery.

Selling out of stock Items - a brick and mortar store just playing at on line selling.
Ordered an item on line and when the expected delivery date came and went followed up Kellys only to be told - Item not in stock and awaiting delivery. They said - and I quote "As we have both a warehouse that sells online, and a shopfront which sells direct to the public, we do have the store selling our stock as well as us so we cannot keep track of our stock 100%."
That seems to be a fairly standard excuse for Australian retailers who are playing at E-Retail and not being serious about it.

s me that they are not outward looking to the customer but rather probably inward looking to their processes. Fortunately I paid with Pay Pal and used the Pay After Delivery feature. Thank goodness. That at least gives me the option of not paying and not having to extract a refund from them in the event of non delivery. Given their lack of inventory control, I hate to think what their accounting system would be like. Lack of Customer focus. Insincere apology for selling out of stock goods.
