Great service
Visited many other branded dealerships and walked away due to either bad service, over priced or a combination of both. Was about to give up when I found exactly what I
wanted at Kia. Great service, Great Price and Great cars. I received my brand new Kia Cerato Sport+ straight off the boat 1 week later. Peter the salesman was even able to provide us with a Kia Sportage loan car until our new Kia Cerato Sport+ arrived. Peter was excellent throughout the entire sales experience.

Disinterested Sales Executive
Had bought a Kia from Werribee Kia almost 3 years back and had a wonderful experience. After sales service was fantastic too. Was looking for another Kia car and Werribee Kia was my obvious choice. This time around though, the sales person seemed disinterested and certainly lacked courtesy. Was completely put off and decided not to buy from them.

Great dealership
Made a car sale contract with this car dealer and we were extremely happy with the way the staff and especially the sales manager, Dean, went out of his way to assist me with an issue I was responsible for in a professional, friendly and sympathetic way, beyond my expectation. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends or general public in Sunshine Coast, QLD.

Toowong Kia Service
Done my 30K service for my Cerato today. When drive the car in, without any check, was recommended to do the wheel rotation and aliment. Later on per check with KIA and user's manual found that the rotation is recommended but the wheel alignment was not a required or even recommended item. The front wheel aliment charged us 60$, and the wheel rotation in this shop is not free either, it charged me $30. I won't go there again.

7 years warranty isn't quite it.
I have a 2012 Kia that I bought in 2016. Initially I bought it with a 5 year warranty so ending soon. After some time I got a call from lady at Kia Wangara and asked her if a 7 year warranty was for all Kia's. Answer Yes, so took my Kia with some factory faults (window button and cruise control) that should be covered. Was told we don't have time to fix these, so 5 years expired and so answer now is no, not for this insurance cover, however the price for replacement was sky high. So no warranty = no come back.

Misled
Strung me along for 2 years then 2 years later your sales person at the dealership says it was 2 years ago, I don’t remember. Pffft. Told the sales person I’m due to purchase a new car next year as every 3 years as required by my employer and I have been happy up until now but for your sales person to tell me oh I’ll make sure you get a great trade in - what a laugh, like I want to deal with people who have previously lied and misled me. I’m reasonably confident that KIA know they were planning on upgrading to apple play but encountered difficu...Read more
lties in doing it. The dealership was only saying what they were being advised by KIA or is it your dealership that is lying? KIA’s response to tell me to speak to the dealership and then the dealership to acknowledge in their service department that it was planned to be available in that model to then be told to speak to the salesperson who then says I can’t remember. Getting the run around. Thanks for making my next destination of where to purchase a vehicle a little easier. I’d rather pay more and get what I’m told I will get than be lied to.Similar opinion? Why can't I test drive a Kia Cerato Sport unless I agree to a price first?
Spoke with my accountant on Thursday 2nd August about wanting to buy a Used Camry Hybrid.
He laid out the key points to note in buying a new car and the benefits that come with it. I took his advice and started researching new cars.
From my internet research, I noticed the new Kia Cerato Sedan had come out, as I was searching on the internet a chat window popped up asking me if I wanted to chat with someone. I chatted with [name removed] and made a cheeky comment saying "Kia Cerato Sport for <$20K, can it be done?". He told me he would ...Read more
forward the conversation to the Sales team at Heartland Kia and we would go from there. Within an hour I had a response from the Sales Manager [name removed], and we discussed that there was a demo available at $22,990. I advised him I had a Ford Fiesta I would not mind trading in and he told me to meet with [name removed] the next day as [name removed] was on his day off. The appointment was set at 9am and I was there on the dot. Now the fun begins. [name removed] was an alright bloke at the start. We sat down, and he took my details whilst constantly reiterating that $22,990 was great value for the car (remember, the car I hadn't test driven yet). He then took my car over to the valuation team to get valued and told me to check out the Cerato in the Showroom. I looked at the car and then retreated to his desk where I waited for him to return.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
Another Kia
Purchased another Kia(4th) from Ziv Oshri at FTG Kia. As before everything was done in a professional manner with all the help explaining the features on the car. Just love the value for money with Kia and the 7 year warranty

If you are after a new car with finance then they might be bothered
We were after a second hand car without finance and the female sales assistant that was there and "helped"us was rude in person and over the phone! I would only visit that place again only if Andrew was there
He was really helpful and polite. Tuesdays are the best days to go if you want to avoid meeting that rude female assistant!

my Stinger GT
First of all I will not buy a car from a dealer whose sales people treat you like crap.
When I go into a dealership to look at a new car I dress down on purpose just to see how they treat you.
I have wealth and can afford to buy cars thousands more than the one I was interested in.
This review is a very big plus to the saleseman with whom i was dealing and subsequently bought from.

Terrible service
Lost key; do not know where the replacement key is, found but could not fit, trying to get one cut from local locksmith, no can do, finally found the right one (being missed up) & waited to be programmed. 10 minute job turned into 1-1/2 hours & full of nonsense's. 4 weeks wait & the key is not even from Korea; the worst nightmare I experienced! Know your feeling?

purchases kia picanto 2018 aka rita.
sales experience was relatively stress free. my wife &I indicated to salesman Talbot at Newcastle that we here to purchase the s model & were prepared to visit wyong, roseville, castle hill to get the deal we wanted. They came up with a satisfactory trade offer, we went, picked up bank cheque, whilst away they detailed the car.Signed relative paper work, Talbot explained the cars features, & drove away. All very civilised, & saved a trip to Sydney..

Question: has this to anyone else re Werribee Kia and will you also take action over your privacy being abused and/or harrassment? Re employee of Werribee Kia - why would they harrass people and then break privacy laws by going onto CarSales and entering the enquirer's name and number (and wrong email, because they don't have it!) onto a whole lot of random car listings so that the person gets a heap of SMS messages from various Audi dealers and sellers. Luckily for the person that it has happened to they have family involved in law and criminal justice system, so the staff member - who it will be able to be proven made these enquiries, such things can be traced - and who broke privacy law can be dealt with. Please see Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic). My question is why would a car dealership employee go to these lengths, just because someone asked an SMS enquiry about the location of a car and when they found out it was too far to go to in Werribee they were constantly called, SMS, harrassed even after asking for the contact to cease, and then have their privacy broken to make malicious enquiries with their phone number? Would like to know if others have gone through this and would also make a report to first the dealership and if no action, then VicPol.

We have a Kia Sorento 2012 Model. We went over on our service by 14 months. We went and had our 60000km service and I mentioned a couple of things that weren't running too well. When I collected it from it's service the same thing was happening still. Next day the car had to be towed back to the dealership and now they are saying we need a whole new engine rebuild because we left it so long for a service the oil separated in the engine and it has clogged it up which is why it's not running right. Also not covered by warranty because we went over on our service. They may be coming to the party for the parts. But we are still looking anywhere between 3-6 grand repair. Car has been there almost a fortnight already. Anyone else ever heard of this sort of thing?

Thankfully this hasn't happened to me first hand but I have heard the warranties are very strict. A friend told me that her oil was sludgy and that she was told that voided the warranty as if you were getting regular services that wouldn't happen. Tricky situation, I hope it all works out for you!
Thanks for the reply. I'm just so afraid of being ripped off :)
Hi Anne, Sorry to hear about your engine issue. The car warranty terms are very strict with the service history and that's the first thing they check when you have a major issue like yours. If your service history is not kept up to date they won't honor their warranty terms. You can try the wreckers to check if they have a replacement engine or you can get it rebuilt done from any other place. The dealers are lot more expensive in terms or parts and labour . You can get couple of quotes from different workshops to choose the right ones.
