The product is amazing for first few months and then things started to go downhill. First I thought a little change in firmness is fine but as time kept passing now I have more back pain and it has changed shape.

As the Choice review states, the mattress is firm - we received the free topper to soften it for us. We find it very comfortable. Our sagging "name brand" mattress had sunk in the middle and we are much relieved to see it gone. Koala is quick to deliver and their customer service has been prompt and courteous. The purchase includes free removal of the old mattress as well - a nice touch.
We ended up buying another Koala mattress for my mother.
No complaints. All good so far.

We've had one for a few years now and recently got rid of it. It's great at first, very comfortable and supporting. Now the negatives. It needs a solid bed base, not slats. It's a lot thinner than most on the market. It's extremely hot to sleep on. Even in winter I'd wake up in a sweat. After 3 years it became too soft to sleep on and we struggled to stop rolling into the middle. We've gone back to an inner spring and mattress topper.

purchased the mattress in April 2022 and in the first 6 months of use did notice a change in the firmness and felt that it was sagging in the areas that was most slept in. We had no prior neck/back issues but since we made the switch we've had many sleepless nights as we're still not adjusting to it. We reached out to customer service in October 2022 for warranty claim but it was just impossible to take a picture with two weights and try proof the problem. But was unfortunately rejected. We gave up and suck it up.

The mattress is firm and very supportive. I am enjoying the sleeping experience. Although light it's surprisingly very supportive. The memory pillows are also great. Thanks team koala. Your service and responsive replies are a great example of what service should look like.

Mattress is only a few months old and way to hard and is contributing to a huge amount of back pain for both my partner and I. Very difficult to get a good nights sleep.

Over the past 18 months, this mattress, which began comfortable, has steadily increased my back pain. I now wake up multiple times a night with a sore back due to the firmness. I am disappointed as I am now in the position of needing to look for another mattress after only 18 months. Just wish it were softer!

Defintly the best mattress I've ever brought & over the next few years every bed i own will have one. We will also be getting the Sofa Bed once the kids are older. I loved the mattress so much that the next day i purchased the pillows.

Had this mattress for just over 2 years now. My partner and I still feel each other move about each night. Not as advertised. Left a review on their website (which wasn’t published unsurprisingly). Warranty claims are a nightmare. Impossible to deal with (they want photos of a manufacturing default that is only noticeable when moving about on the mattress). I’m sticking with the Sealy’s

This mattress is super comfy! Every time anyone lays on my mattress it’s hard to get up again because it’s so comfy!
Very supportive, but it would be better for back/side sleepers than stomach sleepers

Worst mattress. No back support at all, its saggy and soft. Made my back pain worse. I tried to return it, however they wanted me to fold it in half which is impossible. Tried to replace it atleast, but they made the process so hard, as they want a ton of pictures. Wouldn't recommend this mattress to anyone.

The mattress had a very slight smell when i first opened the box but this disappeared very quickly. The mattress is very comfortable and perfect for a slide sleeper. It's been about 2 weeks now and I've slept well every night. The delivery process was amazing - they really worked hard to get it to me ASAP and were so lovely to communicate with. I highly recommend!!

As advertised- Comfortable and supportive mattress. The quality of my sleep is improved. Rest is assured have not experienced a bad night’s sleep since purchasing. The mattress has maintained its shape and firmness.

Very comfortable bed. I like that you cannot feel any springs because it is made with 2 different type of foam. Delivery is very quick, I ordered in the morning and came in the afternoon.
