Very happy with results
I have dark blonde ashy hair but after dying it a few times it had lightened and turned brassy so I wanted to dye it back to my original colour or even a bit darker so I picked this colour going for something darker because I knew it would fade a bit anyway. The first thing I’ll say is that the photo on the box is a bit misleading because it looks quite dark and even looks like it had a orange tinge to it which I definitely didn’t want but the colour code number is 6.00 which is dark blonde with no red tone so I decided to risk it and that’s wh...Read more
at I got, a dark cool blonde/light brown with no red so it actually turned my hair back to my original colour so I was happy with that and also found it didn’t dry my hair out either or have a strong chemical so I will definitely use this again or try the medium brown next time for something darker.

Please bring back the Royal Jelly Conditioner
I have used Casting creme gloss for years. I loved the royal jelly conditioner. Very disappointed in the new Conditioner with Hazelnut and the Coconut Conditioner. Please bring back the Royal Jelly Conditioner.

So easy to use and grey hairs gone!
Easy to use, my husband applied it for me! Coverage excellent for my shoulder length hair. Soft, conditioning, no residue left behind. Hair has shimmery tones and a healthy shine.

Great coverage and colour
I wash my hair every 3 or 4 days and this semi lasts 4-6 weeks. The thing I really appreciate is how gentle this dye is. I have a sensitive scalp and my hair tends to be dry. This stuff actually improves the condition of my hair and covers my grey completely for 3-4 weeks and then begins to fade out. It's easy to apply and not messy at all. I just hope it's not tested on animals but I'm skeptical. Give up L'Oreal!

Extremely Drying... The Included Conditioner Even Made It Worse
This product dried out my hair completely. It felt silky as I rinsed but after putting in the conditioner and rinsing again, it felt like my hair had clumped together and was extremely rough. It took me 15 minutes to try and comb it out after using argan oil plus other shine crèmes I had purchased from my hairdresser, I lost a lot of hair on the bathroom floor. I won't be using this product again. Now I'm wondering how to fix this dryness.

Turned my hair DARK!!?
I did not expect a semi permanent colour to leave my hair this damaged and lifeless, totally dryed it out, the conditioner/shine creme does nothing to moisturize/condition hair post colouring. I have dark blonde used Light brown and it turned my hair patchy black /dark brown very unnatural color without any shine in my hair. Even after washing it out 3 times. It ruined my hair bc it had no color in it I grew out my natural hair just past shoulder without any coloring and now it's a mess.
PS. Update. Since then I waited for 20-30 washes and th...Read more

I am unclear with the RINSING which is number 3 of the pamphlet, whether I should rinse my hair thoroughly FIRST after the prescribed time and THEN put the conditioner on, OR, do I put the conditioner on BEFORE rinsing out the colour that has been applied for the prescribed time and then leave for the 2 minutes? I do not think the pamphlet makes it clear. Thank you, Gwenyth

I always rinse my hair thoroughly first then apply the conditioner. Leave the conditioner on for the time suggested and rinse again.
Thank You for that I will do that next colour session

you need to rinse your hair with warm water until it runs clear of hair dye.
then apply your conditioner for 2minutes then rinse out
hope this helps

Hi. I used this colour on pure white regrowth after alopecia. It looked awful! Has anyone had a similar experience? 3 weeks on and washing it twice a day and it’s now a light ginger. Hoping it washes out soon! Any tips?

I used the 600 light brown casting colour on my hair. My hair was originally very light brown with sun bleached blond bits. As the casting is washing out and I have regrowth (cannot really tell) my hair is a very warm (ranga) brown colour. Can I do the same colour on my hair again (casting) or do I need to get it done properly?

I tried another temporary color brand by Clairol called Natural Instincts and it worked great. Hair turned just like on box and it's washing out as it should. I'll never use L'Oréal
