Easy to use, my husband applied it for me! Coverage excellent for my shoulder length hair. Soft, conditioning, no residue left behind. Hair has shimmery tones and a healthy shine.

Great coverage and colour

published

I wash my hair every 3 or 4 days and this semi lasts 4-6 weeks. The thing I really appreciate is how gentle this dye is. I have a sensitive scalp and my hair tends to be dry. This stuff actually improves the condition of my hair and covers my grey completely for 3-4 weeks and then begins to fade out. It's easy to apply and not messy at all. I just hope it's not tested on animals but I'm skeptical. Give up L'Oreal!

Extremely Drying... The Included Conditioner Even Made It Worse

published

This product dried out my hair completely. It felt silky as I rinsed but after putting in the conditioner and rinsing again, it felt like my hair had clumped together and was extremely rough. It took me 15 minutes to try and comb it out after using argan oil plus other shine crèmes I had purchased from my hairdresser, I lost a lot of hair on the bathroom floor. I won't be using this product again. Now I'm wondering how to fix this dryness.

I tried another temporary color brand by Clairol called Natural Instincts and it worked great. Hair turned just like on box and it's washing out as it should. I'll never use L'Oréal

Casting Creme Gloss 600 Light Brown

I am unclear with the RINSING which is number 3 of the pamphlet, whether I should rinse my hair thoroughly FIRST after the prescribed time and THEN put the conditioner on, OR, do I put the conditioner on BEFORE rinsing out the colour that has been applied for the prescribed time and then leave for the 2 minutes? I do not think the pamphlet makes it clear. Thank you, Gwenyth

I always rinse my hair thoroughly first then apply the conditioner. Leave the conditioner on for the time suggested and rinse again.

hellow Gwenyth
you need to rinse your hair with warm water until it runs clear of hair dye.
then apply your conditioner for 2minutes then rinse out
hope this helps

Casting Creme Gloss 600 Light Brown

Hi. I used this colour on pure white regrowth after alopecia. It looked awful! Has anyone had a similar experience? 3 weeks on and washing it twice a day and it’s now a light ginger. Hoping it washes out soon! Any tips?

Well I used it at the beginning of August and it's now 9th October, about thirty washes later and it still hasn't washed out. NEVER AGAIN

Oh no! I’ll just have to keep washing then! It’s faded a bit but patchy ginger!
Thanks for your reply

Casting Creme Gloss 600 Light Brown

I used the 600 light brown casting colour on my hair. My hair was originally very light brown with sun bleached blond bits. As the casting is washing out and I have regrowth (cannot really tell) my hair is a very warm (ranga) brown colour. Can I do the same colour on my hair again (casting) or do I need to get it done properly?
