I have used their hair dye to turn my hair from light brown to very light blonde and I must say, I'm extremely disappointed with Loreal blonde hair dye because my hair has NOT changed from how it was, would recommend never use their hair dye, unless you want to waste your time and money. Never using their products ever again.

Horribly thin liquid, I’m only a few minutes in and I’m constantly wiping the running liquid off my face and neck. Never buy this! Waste of money and an absolute disaster colour is 3.12

Have been using this product for years, love the colour but I have just done my hair and it has turned out Ash blonde... very ash blonde I am so disappointed the box was in perfect condition so I feel it is a mistake made at the production line. There must be others that have had a similar problem

Absolute joke, do not purchase!!!!
Purchased to cover grey roots only, followed directions and no change. Have done this 100 times before. And unfortunatly will be doing it again with a better product tomorrow, so thank you L’Oréal for wasting my time and money!

Disaster! Dribbled all over the place and it dyed my hair a dull brown! How is that even possible? It was only a touch up of my roots but it ran all over my blonde highlights. So disappointing and now I’m afraid I’ll have to strip the brown out before I re-dye (with a different product).

This dye literally runs down your face, back and neck even with cling film wrapped around your head to keep all the hair in place as the colour develops. Went through a pack of make up wipes and two bath towels before I finally gave up and washed it out after 15 minutes. Absolute waste of time and money.

Don’t waste your money if you need to cover greys and the colour does not match the box. Extremely disappointed it did cover my grays as the box says it does.
I’ll stick with what I know from now on.

I used a product to strip any build up so my hair was alot lighter. Product was so much darker than expected and nothing like the picture guide. Not that you can relie on the guide but it should be a reasonable guide. Not happy with result. But was shinny and soft.

This is the worst hair dye I have ever used it is supposed to not fade as it is permenant but washes out after 2 washes! Left my hair a weird colour after the 2 washes even when I used the’3 week’ colour extender! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I've used Palma No. 5 for a couple of years. Great grey coverage. Fades into a natural colour which is complementary. Colour stays true until re growth. No issues with application. I recommend the colour and product range.

Pros: I am very happy with the results. Before I used Castings 360, Black Cherry on my hair that was dark brown and it left my roots red and the rest of the hair dark brown, dreadful! With L'Oreal Superior Preference (N.3, Brasilia) my hair looks ALL brown and beautifully shiny.
Cons: The smell is not nice; but it goes away when you apply the conditioner
Overall: I will use it again for sure.

Make sure you check the box, ultra-lightening written in 6pt in the corner means that your beautiful dark brown hair will turn bright orange and the customer service consultant will just say 'well, 9 out of 10 people wont have that happen' well im sorry but 1/10 having their hair lightened to the colour of the sun and then needing to recolour their hair two times, is really one too many in my book. Loreals customer service department needs to be entirely retrained and either the product pulled from the shelves or it be marketed correctly. WORST>PRODUCT.EVER
