Great customer service, i love the place, beautiful. But if you guys can have discounts for new customers that would be great . i would come back next year for sure.

My skin is sensitive to heat so when I mentioned this to the therapist she adjusted the heat and fan settings to a comfortable level.

The staff were friendly and explained the procedure properly. The only small criticism would be that the room was quite cold and there was little on offer to cover up - luckily the laser hair removal treatment is quite fast!

From the receptionists to the nurses, the staff are all so accommodating and so welcoming, especially being a male client. The nurse maddie knows exactly what to do to achieve my desired masculine sculptured look. Can’t recommend her enough for injectables and her honest opinion to achieve the perfect look you’re after! I had to make some slight last minutes changes and the lady I dealt with Erin couldn’t have been more helpful or sweeter. Thanks guys, looking forward to my next visit soon!!

I like Rose the most at the clinic in Craigieburn. She is very good n understanding. She provides best service. She is very professional. She knows very well what she is doing. She knows what customer wants and how to satisfy the customer by providing exceptional service. Highly recommend her.

My last 5 sessions of laser hair removal were amazing but the recent one was the worst. The staff who assisted me was so rude. She knocked if I was ready and I said no but she still continued to go in the room and started preparing, I felt rushed and during the session I noticed she didn’t properly do it as she was rushing. After my appointment, she booked my next one without asking me my preferred time unlike the other staff who were kind enough to consider what suits me. Such a horrible experience!

Really happy with the results of my treatment. Sarah is amazing with heaps of knowledge and advice for the best results. I will be booking for more treatments in the next couple of weeks.

staff are friendly .. courteous .. and the service is worth for the price .. cheaper than other but have best result... I am planning to get another package coz I am happy with the result of microdermabrasion . Lookong forward to next ... the skin needling .

If I ever need to change my appointment they’re always accomodating and work with me to find the best day and time. I’ve had laser and skin treatments there and I feel so comfortable with them.
