Beware the installers!!!
This is a review of an install from a few days ago.
The installation crew - who are subcontractors to LEDified and NOT LEDified employees (and THIS is the cause of the issues):
- kept rescheduling
- decided some lights were too hard to even attempt to install (because their equipment was not adequate)
- made a HUGE mess and did not clean up after themselves
- did not bring ANY cleaning gear/supplies (none at all, and not even a drop sheet to catch mess!!!)
They did not even pick up the wire off-cuts on the floor. They treated my home like a building site. It took me over an hour to clean up afterwards.
Beware
For people who are thinking of replacing their existing halogen downlight with Ledified LED's; Beware.
The surrounding face plate of the Ledified LED's are smaller than the traditional Halogen surrounds.
When replaced with Ledified LED's they will leave a ragged gap around the outside of the where the hole cut for the previous (larger) fitting was installed.
You will then have to find a way to repair that (re-plaster, some sort of gap filler or get extension plates laser cut to cover the gaps).

... Read more money so they basically didn't want to know. Pretty much "you're on your own" was the response. Also when told that their installers had left grubby marks all around our lights when installing them they couldn't care. Now we have to repaint and hope we can match the original ceiling paint. Tried to clean the marks but that didn't work. I wish I had my time over - wouldn't touch them.
Most Chaotic, Disorganised, Incompetent people I ever dealt with,
Ordered some products, job schedule and booking was re-appointed about 6 times.
Always called just before the appointment time or half an hour afterwards. No apology. Very pushy, very rude. When it came to fitting the job, they forgot to bring some of the products, tried to tell me that I filled out the paperwork incorrectly. I thought that was strange as all the paperwork was done on the phone. Lots of excuses, lots of mistakes, really good product, but service is horrendous.
Never go there again - score 0 out of 10.
Terrible technicians, bad communication, poor CS!
Such a poor company. Lazy technicians turned up 90 minutes late. No communication from the staff. Call centre is useless.

I had my halogen light replaced with dimmable and non dimmable LEDs complete with LED driver and the dimmable sets of LED drivers started giving up. When the second driver gave up They replaced and told me that if 3rd one gives up They will look into replacing the drivers on all the dimmable LEDS. Now the 3rd one gave up but they doing the same promise again.
When I asked them about the promise they did last time and the answer I get is they don't have stock to replace all at my house.
They are all liars and once they get the money they don't care about customers.
Pushy
The rudest company I have dealt with. Very very pushy and will steer clear of them. Saw them promoting in the shopping centre. Left my details and they have been bugging me ever since. Apparently they do not recommend the government recommended LED's. I have had the LED's installed by another company who did not upsell and were very efficient. Be aware of LEDified - They are just out to make money!!!
Pressure Pressure Pressure
I rang to get a quote. The sales person gave me what he called was a very good price and went on to apply the government grant online, finally asking me to pay $66 (which comes off the price of supply and installation). I explained the down payment should have been explained at the outset, because I did not anticipate to sign up on the first phone call. Then he put pressure on me many times, I asked him to stop going in circles, because I do not operate as much. He then said if I do not sign up straight away then the price goes up around $300 i.e. no discount. I was so frustarted I replied," I would rather pay more if I have some time to think over and do my homework!"
Worst Service: even before sales!!!
When I started chatting with the sales agent to enquire about the pricing for the LED Downlights over the online chat system, it took me 15 minutes to explain her that all I wanted that day is some quotations. She kept wasting time and finally when she understood, she had an attitude of a least interested sales agent.

This evening I received an email from the first agent "Rebecca" and the email says the following "Hi Sameer I'd say about 25 lights I estimate for your plans". I dont know why she sent me an email saying this. I asked her for quotations but this is what she sends me. LEDified is a consumer products based customer service company and I think in customer service, the supplier should work for the customer instead of showing such a poor and negative attitude.Excellent service
I have just replaced 45 halogen lights with LED. I chose cool white light globes and the result is excellent. I can't thank the guys enough that came to my property as they were extremely professional and great to deal with. I received a call when they were on their way, they clarified the job when they arrived and were even adamant they were going to clean up before they left. Couldn't be happier with my choice to change my lights over through LEDified.
November 22nd 2022 Update: Really disappointed

... Read moren to LED in March 2015. After 2 transformers have failed I have called them & messaged them for assistance but had no support at all. My first call was before the warranty expired and I was told I would receive a call back (that never came). What's the point of a warranty if the customer's ignored? I went with this company because they sold me the idea of a great product with customer support.
