Perfect for small homes!
If you have a small home/apartment which is mostly hard floors, this product is perfect. Especially if it can access all areas (no stairs). It could get around every room in my 70sq/m apartment before needing to charge.
It doesn't work really well on carpet and it's not a perfect vacuum every time- but I just pop it on before leaving the house and 80% of the time I come home to a freshly vacuumed home. The other times, it's gotten caught under some furniture or a stray sock. But that is to be expected with a robot cleaner.
The longer it has to ...Read more

Absolutely love this
Money well spent. I turn it on when I’m walking out the door and come home to clean floors. With 3 kids and zero time on my hands this is a lifesaver. Would highly recommend for someone wanting the floors done inbetween their weekly vacuums. Goes from tiles to carpets with ease and doesn’t get caught on my thick lounge room rug. The best!!

This is a great time saver, easy to work and clean also let's me know when the job is done then retu
Great performance, very light and easy to reach the hard areas. Very quiet and has several commands when stuck, finished a room and dust bag full.
Cleans 40 square metres in one clean if there is little dirt. Brilliant on all the carpets and lino flooring.
So glad I purchased this product.

Great little vac
Very good vac. But must not have any toys ect on the floor. Still running strong after 4 years. Have it set up for everyday cleaning in the kitchen. Tile floors in the house aand carpet in bed rooms still does a good job. Easy to clean dust bin. Picks up a lot of hair.

Good unit
A year and half in and time for a review.
I had realistic expectations and it has met or exceeded my expectations, I have hard floors and a rug, it does a pretty good job, the bare foot walk around feel is testimony to a clean floor.
It has not had any major issues and aside from some minor software bugs it does what it is supposed to do. There have been comments it will stop and call out "remove foreign object from left wheel" it does this from time to time, it's all in its head, pick it up put it down and off it goes.

ck on ledges and it really should either learn not to or sense their presence, this is a design short coming. The suction is weak which is as it should be as it only has a small battery and it has to run for a while so compromise is expected on suction. The rotary main brush does the work the suction draft just ensure the dirt ends up in the collection bin which will need emptying after every sortie, but it will remind you about this. As such I probably would not recommend it for all but the thinnest of carpets. I use it primarily for a large living room a small guest room and large kitchen, it gets through the lot on one charge. If I upset it and restart it mid job it might waddle off to recharge before complete the job. Paid ~$550 on special and worth the $$'s, there are better ones no doubt but this one works for me and has saved me from getting married and it is reasonably quiet compared to others (or a wife), a bit of maintenance cleaning wise and it should last a while.Similar opinion? Waste of money
This Roboking does not work, it will not suck even a tiny tiny stone up and when moving from carpet to wood floor it drops a load of hair and dust on the floor, it gets stuck so often its very annoying, won't even clean after I vacuum. Hopeless and a waste of the $800 we paid for it, I am sure there are better ones on the market ....

Roboking says “a problem has been found on the left wheel sensor” and starts spining around backwards. Is there a way to fix this?

we are having the same problem :-(
Has nyone found in which part the issues is? I purchased the affected wheel and replacesd but the issues persist...
Finally I found the issue. Just replace the cabling for that wheel. Check if cabling is broken or damaged, try the cabling of the
another wheel first to ensure problem switches to the another one. https://postechnology.es/epages/f4ba5829-f586-4d3e-969b-72b7c2d6e0f0.sf/es_ES/?

Do I have to charge battery before attaching the vacuum cleaner?
3 answers
The charging unit should be connected to the power before/at the same time to attaching the vacuum cleaner to be charged. After the robot is charged, just press the start button and it will do its job. I hope this answer your question.

My Sadie has an extremely loud sound coming from her and her brushes stopped turning. They are turning again now but it is so loud. Any ideas??
1 answer
Sounds like the motor or cogs turning the brushes has an issue. Check under her for any stuck materiel around brushes etc. failing that could be a repair job if still under warranty.
