Buy another brand and save yourself a whole lot of frustration trying to set it up and eventually having to return it to the store. Absolutely worthless piece of dysfunctional junk! LG's setup process is the worst I have ever encountered. It's the most unintuitive, illogical waste of time you could imaging. You cannot sign in with an existing account such as Goggle etc and if you manage to get past that, you'll find you can't download apps you want. Absolutely useless and has put me right off LG products. I would never by anything made by LG again.
Purchased in September 2021 at Harvey Norman for $895.

Read morepparently has some undisclosed, sleazy arrangement with Apple so users are corralled that way. Don't bother trying to sign in or access your Google account, that function does not work despite being offered as an option. The salesmen bang on about picture quality and ease of use but neglect to mention that if you buy an LG you won't be able to access the common, mainstream apps you are most likely to want. Usually with appliances you get what you pay for, not when you buy an LG though. LG products are a con and a waste of money. Buyers should read the INDEPENDENT reviews before purchasing to save themselves the disappointment and grief LG products will bring them.Hi MBJ,

does it have kayo installed
Sorry for the late reply, but Kayo is available on selected TVs 2018 models or later using WebOS 4 and above.
But Kayo is not supported on the LG Netcast TVs/ via Lg TVs Web Browers App.

Purchased this tv 5 days ago - great picture but I have a serious issue with the sound.
The sound is distorted, muffled, hollow & tinny - not what I expected from an LG tv. Have tried to adjust the settings but have not had much success. What do I need to do or is it possible that this tv is faulty ?
I am aware the sound on new thin tv's are not fantastic but seriously, the sound on this tv is dreadful.
Get yourself a sound bar or connect tv to audio system, yes thin tv's have small speakers, not much you can do, for last ten years tv's getting thinner and sound getting thinner too.
