Rubbish product and terrible customer service
Purchased the 18ft Hyperjump Springless Trampoline 18 months ago and the the jumping mat has already lost its spring and the safety mats have disintegrated. I contacted Lifespan Kids customer service who made no effort to assist- they just copied and pasted warranty timeframes (only 12 months on both!!) and the links to the replacement parts which will cost nearly as much as a new trampoline! It’s not unreasonable to expect that a trampoline will last longer than 12 months, especially for the price paid. Please spend your money elsewhere- you will be nothing but disappointed! The product is rubbish and the customer service is even worse.

Teddy cubby house in ‘white’ a stretch to call painted
We bought the Teddy cubby house in white to save time and money painting a cubby. The paint is barely an undercoat and will require two coats to make it weatherproof. After contacting the company following a poor review on another website where they asked me to contact them to follow up, three weeks later their response was I should paint it myself. Time and money wasted. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

Do not order from here
Delayed deliveries, items being on back order yet not listed as so on the website and then sending the wrong order, all 5 days before Christmas when ordered mid November, plenty of time before Christmas! Customer service is non existent, on hold for over 15 minutes then hung up on.

Terrible customer service in regards to a faulty trampoline mat.
Trampoline mat became unusable after only 5 months of very minimal use by my young child. Sent 3 emails and video showing what was wrong with the mat and still yet to get someone to respond. Very disappointing in not only the produce purchased, but also the lack of customer service to follow. Would not recommend.

Terrible quality, disintegrates quickly and abysmal customer service
We spent $1500 buying a monash swing and slide set (plus accessories) and a little monkey climbing frame.
The climbing frame pieces were so brittle that we had to order lots of replacement pieces. A complete pain. We erected the swing set in November (the pine timber was already splitting) and 13 months later (January) the fabric had disintegrated from the sun and there were huge splits in the pine frame. It took3-4 months by the time the replacement fabric actually reached me (I was told it was the only fabric left and I had to pay postage). ...Read more

Holy double swing set
Bought this 2 weeks ago paid a builder to erect as I could not do it myself After an hour we discovered that the bracing support timber pieces were missing these are essential for securing the frame. Called the support No to be told as I did not buy direct from Lifespan I had to go back to who I bought through for them to make the request for the parts, even though they confirmed they had all my details on file . NOT HAPPY as this could take up to 3 weeks to be sorted why send out a product with important safety pieces missing ??? Really disgraceful attitude Would not buy Lifespan products again

Quick Delivery and Kida Love it!
Very happy with the service we received. I must say I was nervous after reading some of these reviews, however, everything has been great so far. I ordered our 3-pc swing set on Monday and was delivered Thursday to Adelaide. Took a little bit longer to put together than the 2-hrs states but overall I don’t think it was too bad. Main thing is that our kids love it and had a ball playing on it with their cousins today. Hopefully many more years of fun to be had. Thank you!

Flimsy, unsafe products with dreadful customer service
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! We ordered the ‘Holt 2 swing timber swing set’ in anticipation of our daughter’s birthday party next weekend. It has been a huge waste of time and money. It has taken the majority of the day to put together by two handymen because parts were missing, incorrect hardware was supplied and the pre drilled holes in the timber were practically impossible to line up. They had to use chisels, drills and clamps to modify and pull bits into place so you could get the bolts in. There’s no way your average Joe could have put i...Read more
t together without these skills and tools. It also arrived missing two pieces of timber, integral to its structure, and without any grass anchors or even any mention of grass anchors in the instruction booklet despite listing them as a feature on the website. We called customer service and spoke to a call centre where no one had a clue but told us they could ‘open a case’. The product is very poor quality, flimsy and unsafe. This company should not be allowed to continue trading while its putting the lives of children at risk supplying inferior products like this!Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Do not use this company
The worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Instead of 4-7 days delivery, it took 5 weeks, countless calls, messages, emails & 5 different couriers, to finally deliver the swing. Parts weren’t delivered, instructions wrong, then finally when we could erect the swing after waiting weeks, it was poor quality.
Wood is splitting already, we had to buy spacers to put against the brackets, as the swing bracket moves so much & makes such a noise.
Would not recommend.

Poor warranty service
We purchased a Deakin wooden swing in November 2016. It took a couple of months to install it as I had spent hours trying and was unsuccessful. Eventually we paid a professional to install and anchor it. My kids used it about a dozen times over the next year.
After about 15 months we noticed the whole frame became unstable. It seemed that the wood had shrunk as the bolts that were once tight, were now very loose. When we tried to tighten them, the frame was still unstable and the bolts could not be tightened further as the nuts are capped. ...Read more
We suspected the wood had not been seasoned properly. I contacted Lifespan who told me that because I used two of my own bolts, the stability issue we were having with the swing was our fault and they would not cover it under warranty. That logic is totally flawed, baseless and a convenient way to avoid honouring our warranty claim. The reason the professional installer used two other bolts was because the ones supplied snapped during installation. I believe they snapped because the predrilled holes in the two planks of wood that were to come together, did not match up. Lifespan denied the wood was not seasoned properly. They sent new bolts that didn’t have capped nuts. This alleviated the stability issues but also caused a further safety issue as the bolt threads now protrude very far out of the nut. A child could injure themselves on the protruding thread whilst swinging or mounting/dismounting. Lifespan suggested I cut the threads myself or use the old capped nuts and apply them to the thread. This is far from ideal. Also, now that it is winter, the wood seems to have swelled. I still maintain the swing is not durable.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
