After motorhoming in Winnebagos for 10 years we decided on a Caravan. We settled on a 2014 Lotus Freelander off the dealers floor and have since done about 50,000 klms. Apart from some very minor issues... broken clips, cupboard locks.... we have found the van comfortable and of a good quality and design. Lotus has been exceptional in providing spare parts by mail and following up on raised issues. Better than our previous experiences with the motorhomes. Remembering that this is a moveable home, all brands will have small issues, but how good after sales service is for me .....important. That's the area where Lotus has won us so far. That plus our WA RV centre.

We took delivery of ou 21-6 Lotus Freelander in February 2016 in Hervey Bay. We have done numerous trips with our van in both on and off road situations and it has met all our needs. Very comfortable in the confidence that it will not let us down.

We have owned our Lotus Sprint LE for 6 years, we have traveled from Cooktown to Adelaide & lots of places in between, the Lotus is awesome. At 5 years of age the upholstery started to peel badly, after calling Lotus Melbourne they offered to replace all the upholstery in the van, no time frame just have a holiday bring the van to Melbourne, with a one day turnaround & $800 which is the difference of leather & bonded leather at time of purchase, we had the upholstery replaced in February 2017, we even have a magazine holder that we didn't have previously, happy campers we are, love traveling with our Lotus Palace.

We have a new Lotus Freelander and have put it through corrugated red dust roads, stony creek crossings and of course black top travel. From the day we picked it up we have been delighted by the finish inside and out and the support from Lotus with any queries we have.

Freelander 19"6 is a quality van inside & out. Excellent to tow and exceptionally comfortable. The finishes are high quality and Lotus service is awesome. I'm proud to park the van anywhere as it's a great looking quality van.

I am completely unsatisfied with the quality and fit out of my Lotus Trooper cutaway and have been since handover dec 2014. Engineers report recommends a full refund due to the extensive defects and non compliance to Australian standards

Had our lotus Freelander for three years, absolutely love it, very comfortable has been reliable and is easy to tow.
We loved the layout and onsuite and had great service from lotus.

We took delivery of our Lotus Trooper 12 months ago, and still everytime I walk into it I need to pinch myself! It is beautiful! functiona! practical! and a wee bit special!
Yes we had a few teething problems but all have been sorted in a timely matter.
The husband is equally happy with all the other stuff, I stay out of all that. If he's happy, I'm happy and vice versa!

After months of research for vans within our budget, Lotus came out a winner. For us it had been a smooth and fun experience thanks to the guys at Luxury RV in Mandurah. It is a top quality van in and out and having done over 10k of dirt plus bitumen without major problems we are definitely sure we made the right decision.
Towing is a breeze with our 200 land cruiser.

We purchased our 19'6" Trooper in November 2015 and have used it extensively since. We researched many caravan brands extensively and considered our camping/traveling needs carefully before committing to Lotus. Since delivery we have been delighted with our purchase. The van does what it is supposed to and makes life very comfortable. Any issues we have had have been dealt with without a fuss by Lotus - no questions asked. If we were in the market for another caravan we would definitely buy Lotus again.

Ordered our Freelander in March and was assured it would be ready to pick up in time for our big trip up north. Booked holidays and crossed our fingers it would be ready. To our great relief it is already waiting for us to pick it up ahead of schedule. Both the Lotus factory and the dealership have been a pleasure to deal with all questions answered promptly and happily. Can't wait to see our beautiful van.

Top quality finish, outstanding aftersales service from both dealer and Lotus factory even after warranty. Van tows beautifully. Have done close to 45000kms and the van and appliances have not missed a beat. I have spoken in depth to the Lotus owner George and his warranty manager and both are fully committed to the product and resolving any issues a customer may have. I'm a great believer that when you are building something from the ground up their may be things go astray but it's how these things are resolved is the key. In my experience Lotus does resolve issues quickly. I would certainly buy another one.

Very happy with the finish, the appearance and how it tows. We are proud to show our caravan off wherever we go. We are about to head off for a long trip where we intend to have lots of off road experiences and we are impressed with how well our Lotus Tremor is set up for this

We wouldn't be without our Trooper. We did extensive research and it just kept ticking all the boxes. It offers everything we wanted and more.
We get a lot of feedback on our trips from other people and always extend an invitation to have take a tour. Thank you Lotus.

We have a 22ft freelander, live in it full time on the road. Very comfortable, plenty of room with all the luxuries you would expect from a top end off road van. Quality and service is ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ . Highly recommend lotus vans

We have a 2016 Freelander with club lounge. Just love the layout with the center bathroom. It ticks all the boxes for me inside and all the boxes outside for the other half. We have had no major issues with our van. As we are not yet able to use it full time we get y as often as possible. Very we laid out and you don't get in each other's way if you have to be inside due to inclement weather. We just got a new tow vehicle and you hardly know that the van is behind you.
