Great product
We've been very happy with our air conditioners. We thought we might need 3 throughout our home but were advised that 2 would do the job and we have been very happy with the result. They cool quickly and are quiet. The remote control is very easy to use and it has ample heating/cooling and fan settings.

Perfect!
Recently renovated my house and purchased six of these bad boys. They're easy to use and operates relatively quiet. Very happy with the speedy cooling and heating performance. Installation process was simple and painless which was easily than I had initially expected. The family is satisfied with this purchase and I'm glad we finally got rid of the old ones.

Great Aircon
This aircon helps keep the moisture low and the air cool. The filters on it are great and the weekly timer is amazing. The only thing is that it can only have 4 different schedules. With different electricity tarrifs, it just needs better weekly planning. Even mobile app would be nice.

Virtually perfect
Its cooling and heating functions are just fine, it's not too noisy, the installation process was easy and the controls are very intuitive. My only problems are that the 'air conductors' (things that look like blinds) sometimes make a loud noise when they open in an awkward position and changing between settings sometimes doesn't work.

Great air con!!
We bought our mitsubishi air con units (one big one small) approximately 10 months ago and cannot fault them! The outside unit is amazingly quiet, as is the inside unit. Heats and cools rooms very quickly and the remotes are straight forward and easy to use. Yes they are on the more expensive side, but very much worth it!

Excellent purchase !!
Both cooling and heating options are amazing. it's really quiet and works perfectly fine.
WIFI facility is added advantage. I would really recommend this product. One of the best product from Mitsubishi. I saver mode gives you a optimised cooling and heating functions. So far no issues faced.

Questions & Answers
Kishor Dabkeasked
What are the actual noise levels dB inside and for the condenser unit outside?
3 answers
Hi, ours is the larger unit. 7.8 or 8kW I think.
Inside we never hear it. To check if it is on we look to see if the vents are open and/or the little green light is on.
Outside you would have to be standing right beside it to hear it.
That is not an answer to my question; it is an opinion. There are precise units dB for measuring noise levels and I am asking for the actual values inside and outside.
Perhaps you can send me the specification sheets which I prefer as an engineer to get detailed and exact answers.
