Brilliant Customer service
Our first interaction with Mojo staff was great, our second and subsequent interactions are what convinced us to build our new home, with Mojo. The Warnervale, Cooranbong and Huntlee staff are very easy to talk to, very knowledgable on their products and more than willing and capable of answering anything you ask them. If they cannot, they will find the answer and get back to you promptly. Keep up the good work team.
Superb quality and service
We built a duplex with MOJO homes after months trying to find the right builder for our needs. We are blown away by the amazing service provided by our construction coordinator, Rebekah Kore, our construction supervisor, Jason Buhajiar and our client relations consultant Amy Robson. This team really helped bring our duplex to life. They were supportive, efficient and very responsive. We are so happy with the final build and the quality is truly exceptional.
Friendly and helpful
Mojo homes have been great to deal with so far. The few minor issues that have came up have been handled in a timely and fair manner.
In particular our client relations consultant, Renee Neely, has been fantastic to deal with and has made the sometimes daunting process of pre-construction a simple and stress free experience.
My wife and I now look forward to getting into construction!

Excellent experience with Mojo
We are a couple in our sixties looking to build our dream home on a small acreage.
We looked at a few display homes and chose the mojo Rumba 24..we felt at home straight away and knew it was the house for us.
We spoke with Lea and Kimberley at Chisholm display who were so helpful, caring and answered all our questions. Lea even drove us around to the Thornton display and we were given a guided tour explaining the options available . Great customer service. We would definitely recommend the mojo team.

Fantastic Experience with Mojo Homes
It was a dream come true for us. Mojo Homes helped us in every moment from day one. As this was our first time home building experience and Mojo Homes team helped in every decision whether big or small.
They helped us in every appointment and advised us what is best for our home. The helped us in choosing the things which we were not aware of.
Our sales consultant Adam Buchanan helped us in choosing the right floor plan as per our lot. He has to draw the plan 10 times for us but he never complained.
At stages we were getting out of budget but our Project Coordinator Renee Neely really helped us in tweaking small small things and we completed and finalized our tender within limits.

Internal Selections Appointment Day
We had an amazing day selecting of internal design features and colours. Our design consultant was so patient and guided us along the way with ease. Cassandra skillfully worked with our our design ideas and made them into reality tweaking here and there and offering wonderful advice. My wife & I felt we were in good hands with the experienced help Mojo provided.
Worst experience through construction even being a 3rd time builder with MJH.
The build started ok and things were going as planned. At the start I had to personally contact my slab and site supervisors as i had never heard from them. After our first conversation went alright, I felt we were doing good. The process was going as planned and site supervisor texted us every now and then when something major was complete.
Then comes COVID lockdown and since then, what a NIGHTMARE has it been dealing with this company. We were 4-5 weeks away from handover when COVID lockdowns hit Sydney again, this was in July. We have enter

Selection Appointments
We saw Nicole Shelley at our initial walk-through appointment in Norwest and we immediately felt comfortable. Luckily we also saw her for our External appointments and then booked her in for our Internals! We can't recommend Nicole enough. She made our choices flow so beautifully and we are so excited for our build. It was mixed emotions at the last appointment as we had so much fun but also ready for the next step. Thank you Nicole, we appreciate all your help!
"5 Star Construction with Mojo"
I chose Mojo Homes to build my new home after building a McDonald Jones a few ago and being very happy with the result.The design team were great and amended my floor plans to suit. Having built a 4 bedroom with a 2 bedroom granny flat as an investment.
Jon Van Wirdum (Site Manager) was excellent throughout the building process. Jon kept me informed and had a high attention to detail. After the build, Jon ensured all outstanding jobs were completed.
The finished result looks amazing. Thank you Mojo for a job well done.

We had Bridget Darragh guide us through the pre construction phase and are very happy with how everything is going. She answered all of our questions promptly and out of work hours. So far we have been happy with how mojo have treated and would recommend to to friends. Thanks for a good start!

Mid construction perfection.
We are now mid construction and the service has so far been amazing.
With our initial phone calls to our sales consultant Brenden Brown and his colleague, who were quick to answer all of our questions and extremely accommodating for all our plan changes, we had a few, as we had changed blocks.
Our first appointment at the studio for our externals and contract signing were first class, our consultant was a breath of fresh air and very helpful in our decision making, as was our internal consultant and electrical consultant. Helpful and honest se
Post Construction Inspection
Many thanks to Rebekah Kore and liz Rowatt for a smooth transition. We are extremely happy with our house. Rebekah is highly organized and she followed up with every query we raised until it was solved.
Liz came in after our site supervisor resigned. She picked up the job professionally and fixed all the issues we had. We are super happy with the stairs and the house. Cant thank her enough.
She is thorough and thinks out of the box. She saw that our drain plug didn't match with the colors we choose and got it sorted as well. She has an eye for detail.
Building Life Made Easy
Our experience with mojo has been excellent throughout. After visiting so many display homes from various builders we choose mojo. Rahmet Singh! simply fantastic. She is my Project Coordinator. Rahmet is very helpful and well organised. She is always available to answer any questions. Most of the communication was done via email and she was prompt to reply and covered everything I needed in detail in her reply, which made the whole process easy for me to manage. She was transparent in her communication with me about timelines and the next steps during the process. Super Efficient and Helpful
Our client relations manager, Amy Robson has been fantastic throughout the process so far - I am managing a number of duplex projects on behalf of different owners and Amy has been incredibly patient with me as we navigate the various changes, plan amendments and selections issues for each project. Nothing is a problem and any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. She has been a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Amy!
Internal Selection Appointment
This is the second appointment for internal selection, Cassandra Bonner is our interior consultant, it was a great and wonderful experience! She helped us to select the colour to have a good match, you don't need to worry about if you have no idea about that, Cassandra will lead you to the right direction and give you a beautiful new house! She always provides the professional and clear suggestion when you got confused with your choice, the appointment is really productive and comfortable, you will enjoy it!!!
Good guidance - Internal & External Appointment
So far our experience with MyChoice has been good! We are now done with external & internal appointments. In both the appointments we were given great guidance by the staff. Nicole S’s (external) advise on moving the water tank was really helpful. Initially, we were told we can’t move the tank but she was able to get it done. Cheers Nicole! Phase 1 has been perfect!!
We are currently in our pre construction and selections phase. Our initial contact with Brendan in the sales office at was nothing short of excellent. He helped bring our dream home to life where others said certain changes were unachievable, he made it ALL happen with his can do attitude! She was so patient with us and also problem solved any issues that arose to make sure she achieved everything we wanted out of our home. Could have been better for a professional builder like Mojo!
My experience with Mojo was different at different stages:
1. Sales experience was terrible: Started off with a person who left business after promising everything and taking deposit. Followed by another person who started saying a lot of NO to what was YES previous to deposit and dragged the whole process of finalizing plans for about 5 months with a lot of followups, reminders and tug of war from my side. Watch out on their cost inclusions as this Sales person tried to insert additional cost for my site which if I was not aware of the same w

I really thank that team for their relentless effort that build back my confidence in Mojo after Sales experience. 3. Construction: I would say it was overall fine or just OK as there was a major instance of negligence where even after me finding that issue and pointing out that would lead to irreversible damage, it was not attended with emergency which was not a professional approach and I can only unfortunately rely on their site manager word that it was fixed. 4. Post handover Warranty Service: I had previously provided an ill experience from the Warranty Service however after posting this review, MJH has attended to it and resolved it today. I thank you ieatwords team and the public for the awareness and support. Thank you MJH for finally completing it.

Alex was wonderful to deal with. He spent a lot of time with us to make sure we knew all the options available, what was best for our block of land and what we could expect throughout the entire process moving forward. Great first experience
Our experience with Mojo through our Pre-Construction phase has been excellent. Our family recommended us build with Mojo after they had a great experience, and we haven't been disappointed. Everyone, in particular Bridget Darragh, has been a huge help, especially for two people building their first home with little experience of the whole process.
Loving my dream home!
We had a great experience with mojo from start to finish. From colour selection to handover we were happy with the customer service and professionalism. We were particularly happy with our build and our site supervisor Jon. From the moment they laid the slab until completion everything was on time and organised to run smoothly. Any issues or concerns we had with the build were listened to and acted upon. We have now completed handover and couldn’t be happier with the result. Would happily recommend Mojo to anyone looking to build!

Great journey with Mojo
After a bit of a rocky start to our construction journey, we were introduced to our Mojo client relation coordinator Bridget Darragh. From the moment she took on our file we were at ease with her complete professionalism and help. She helped us through all our concerns and questions and always kept us up to date with where we were at. We also had a fantastic experience through the colour studio selections and our tender presenter Johnny was absolutely fantastic. We are building our first home (Haven 23) with Mojo Homes. We visited many display houses from various builders in the process and chose MOJO homes. Haven 23 was our choice as it is just perfect for us among other beautiful designs available. Before signing the quotation, we visited few more MOJO display homes to see for ourselves on the quality of work they do and were very impressed. We then signed the quotation and were put in the pre-construction list. We were then assigned Rahmet Singh as our Co-ordinator who is very professional, responsible, prompt, approachable, and is patient. We really thank her for helping us with all the queries throughout the process. We had a lot of questions and concerns during pre-construction phase and it was Rahmet Singh who made things easier for us. She explained things clearly and patiently and was always there to address our queries on time. Having completed all the pre-construction formalities, we are now placed in the construction list and the work has just started on 14 July on time. Excited and thrilled to see the plans on paper coming to life as our dream home.

We only came on board with Mojo Homes just because of Liam Correy, who is located in Oran Park Mojo Homes display house. Of course, we liked Mojo Homes quality but it was Liam who made things easier for us to understand as this is the first house that we are building.

Great site foreman
The build was managed very professionally the workmanship is excellent except for some hickups with the painters,there are only a couple of minor faults but with a build this big nothing that wont be fixed,value for money excellent only one cost that blew out was the stormwater drainage....Thanks to John our site foreman for the service you provided us....

Even with Christmas shutdowns and Covid 19 the build didn't slow down, things continued to progress and the time feels like it's flown by. We heard prior to building that it's a stressful time etc..... I can honestly say it really hasn't been. It's been smooth sailing and I think that says everything about the professionalism and experience Mojo Homes has.
Pre-Construction Stage
We are currently at the Pre-Construction Phase and have recently been put onto the Construction List to commence to site within 20 business days.
We had the pleasure of being allocated our project coordinator, Bridget D. She made the admin stages of our journey smooth and easy to understand. She was prompt to answer any silly questions and if she didn't know, she would always follow up with her team to help us out.

Since moving into my new house 1.5 years ago, I had lots of issues with Mojo Homes. With the quality of work done and detailing. From the start I had a creaking noise on my first floor and alerted Mojo Homes during the defects period at 3 months. I was told it would go away. Then in 4 months later the sound was worsening so I contacted Mojo to have a look and I was advised it will go away by summer. Summer has come and done but the sound was still there. So I asked them to have a look again. And after 1.5 years they decided to look at the prob
... Read morelem. However, to gain access to the floorboards the timber on top has to be removed by the owner. It is in their agreement that the owner bears the cost. My simple answer to this is that, they were giving me no option for the timber floor I wanted. And quite openly I was told that I have to do the flooring myself as Mojo Homes did not have that in their selection. So how is it my fault that you told me to put the floor myself and later penalise me for doing so. I was told it will be a simple screwing of the floor boards that were needed. But this was not the story. The floor was cut open on Friday (15/05), timber pieces where drilled in and after that 25 screws where put in. I was told to wait till Monday to put in the floors. Well the floor was still creaking just like before and Mojo Homes told me, my house will be attended the on Thursday. For a full 1 week my top floor was a hazard zone and Mojo Homes does not give any **** about the mess they have created. I have 2 kids at home and have to no manage them constantly that they do not go up alone. I cannot believe that in the whole of Sydney there is no carpenter available to come and fix my floor. When I got really ticked off the assessor advised me that the management had decided to provide a $300 refund after the job finishes. It has costed me $770 to remove floor, re-lay, do skirting and replaced damaged nosing and skirting. Now, I have been following up with the assessor for 2 weeks and he has stopped texting back or call backs. So its pretty clear what kind of company I am dealing with. Straight up LIARS This is the third house I have built. The 2 with Wisdom Homes are of no issues till this day. I really liked Mojos Home design but I regret choosing them not. This company does not care about anything. Once they are paid they have no moral grounds. This is not the only issue I have regrading my house. Have a look at the pic below how they finished the entrance of my house. I have reviewed before about Mojo Homes short comings. You can find them all somewhere in this thread. So anyone wanting to build a new house, remember there are way better home companies than Mojo Homes. STAY AWAY. They are liars and do not provide a safe & sound house to begin with. Very pathetic

Fantastic service from the Mojo team from the get-go! Lea Hanna from Thornton Homeworld was the reason we decided to build with Mojo - she was so helpful and organised and gave us great advice. The My Studio team were great, and it was an absolute pleasure to work with Marissa Hamling. She created an absolutely beautiful colour palette for us I can't wait to see it finished (the lunch was also amazing). And we have been especially blessed to have had Becky Valentine look after us throughout the entire process she is a star. I am looking forward to the next phase of the build and feel confident that the experience will continue to be as smooth and enjoyable as it has been so far.
