Recently signed up to build a home with MOJO. Lea at Thornton has been so patient and responsive to all my enquires even as I kept changing my mind, nothing too much trouble. Looking forward to the next stages and the final build. My choice home loans, especially Tracy at Thornton have been great

This is our second MOJO homes build and we are thrilled with the quality of our build. Our site supervisor PATRICK KEANE has been nothing short of awesome responding quickly to any questions we have had. We had our inspection last week and we pleasantly surprised at the quality of the finish. Very happy clients!!

The post move-in experience has been great. Very thorough communication via email and sms from when I first submitted ‘defect list’ to the service team attending my house to fix up some minor items.
Upon submitted my list of items (all superficial surface items) a couple of months later I spent a few hours walking through all items with the MJH Group assessor. Our experience with mojo so far has been smooth and transparent. Our consultants Lawrence and Jordan have been very pleasant to correspond with. They answer emails promptly and clearly have an abundance of experience in home design.
We are in the early stages of our process but we are pleased so far.

We can’t thank Bridget Darragh enough. She has made this whole experience so much easier for us. Mojo homes have done an incredible job with absolutely everything. Any issue and questions we had Bridget got back to us extremely fast and she always made an effort to touch base with us keeping us in the loop of what was happening. Our pre construction stage journey with MOJO, with our experience has been so far professional and pleasant. Thanks to our project coordinator Bridget who has been a great coordinator since we met her. Bridget's customer service is exceptional in communication and informing us any required changes that needs to be done as well as following up with all of our enquires and questions in a professionally, friendly and in a timely manner. We got our keys end of December and are so happy with the quality and service. Our Site Supervisor Ian Lamb was excellent. He helped us through the whole process and was always available to help us with any questions we had. THANKYOU IAN!!! we are so happy with our new home

Today we signed off our construction contract.
Eloise was great. She had the patience and explained everything to us. Despite the fact that myself and my wife have no idea from construction Eloise clarified everything. The contract now makes absolute sense to us.
So far our journey with mojo is great not only for the great package we selected but also for its people. Rose and Julie, Johnny, Bridge and now Eloise they have all contributed to that.
We thank you all and we are looking forward to see the completion of our new home!!

Brittany Day was our consultant for our Internal Selections My Choice Studio Appointment. She was approachable and knowledgeable. She not only helped us stick to our budget, but also made our dreams a reality. Brittany spent over 8 hours with us, working past her finish time, to ensure we were satisfied with our selections. We could not have asked for a better consultant and we were both so happy with our experience. Thank you so much Brittany!

Tayla chapman has been so great at her job and communicating everything with us along the way. We had some confusion about the package we were getting but everything has been easy with Tayla on board! Our house is on the construction list so fingers crossed everything is as easy moving forward! We spent more than we anticipated compared to our original quote but we are getting everything we wanted.

Bridget Darragh is our CRC for pre-construction journey. She provided the professional service to us! Every time when we feel the issues stuck in there, she always gives us the right direction and resolves the problem to make the project goes well! Hope you are lucky to have Bridget to take care of your project!

Having built before we know the trials and tribulations of building and things don't go always to plan.
This is not the case with Mojo Homes from the day we signed on everything went to plan from scheduling to hand over. Our initial contact after signing was Sophie Kendrick she was so helpful and made us feel at ease with the project ahead. The build went far quicker and more problem free than we expected, a few minor issues we picked up were acted on straight away. We would like to say a big thank you to our site supervisor, Jon Van Wirdum, he kept us informed and was always just a phone call away and was very pleasant to deal with through out the build. We would thoroughly recommend Mojo Homes we are very happy with the finished product.

My partner and I have just signed up to build the Conga 26 with Mojo homes with Lea and the team at the Chisholm office. The process has been very smooth with Lea happy to answer any questions.

We have walked through other display homes with other builders and were kind of blown off as not having the funds to build and looked down upon, but the team has been nothing but welcoming and helpful throughout the process especially being upfront about costs which is a huge bonus.

We can’t wait to see how the rest of the build goes but if the sales team is anything to go by we will be in great hands.

My husband and I are extremely happy with our new home. The process from start to finish was stress free and we couldn't have asked for better service and quality. We were able to make changes to the original plans and we were kept well informed throughout the process.
Our experience with staff members was very positive, beginning with the consultants at the display homes who helped us with our initial enquiries, the staff in the colour studio who provided us with options that we hadn't even thought of and our Site Supervisor who answered all of our text messages and phone calls in a timely manner and kept us up to date with the progress of our build.
We love our new home and would thoroughly recommend Mojo to prospective clients.

Our Consultant Cassandra did an expert job of guiding us through our External Selection meeting. We went through every selection in detail and received valuable insight and advice every step of the way. Cassandra was very knowledgeable and friendly. The process was overall very smooth, collaborative and productive. Highly recommended.

I have been in my new home for a month now and couldn't be happier! The staff at Mojo have been fantastic thank you to Justin and Kim who I met at the display homes. Thanks to Annie and Amanda who helped with my internal and external selections they made the selections process stress free and made suggestions that I had not thought of which made all the difference and I am very happy with the end result, I wouldn't change a thing! My site supervisor Mick has been fantastic making sure everything was running smoothly and I had great communication throughout the build stage, no stress at all. Very happy!

Katherine Pleszkun was fantastic with my internal selection appointment. This appointment is a long one but it didn't feel like it dragged on. Katherine has fantastic knowledge of all the products available in the standard range and worked with me for any upgrades providing guidance to make sure the overall look and design worked for the house.

I can't thank her enough for helping me tie down all those important decisions for the home.

Jacqie and I are very grateful for the build conducted by Mojo. Thanks to Justin, Becky, Judy and Wayne Simpson the SS you guys all did a brilliant job . We are 2 weeks into our new home and couldn’t be happier. Well done to the Mojo team, very impressed with the process for our build.

They have done a excellent post defect work. The defect was not related to the builder. Although, Mojo Homes tried their best to find out the defect and advised possible cause and solution.
