During construction time I was in contact with Joe the Supervisor who was there to help anytime I want and answer as much as questions I asked. I am really happy with the home design and the construction they have done. I am currently living in my new home and impressed with their building capabilities. No need to worry about the quality of the product they are using. Home is handed over, in the same way, they showed me in the start and with the same quality of the material, they used in display homes. Timelines of construction were clearly defined and communicated and completed ahead of time

Thrive Homes in Leppington, contact with the new home consultant and ask for the price, more than one month still not get the response, I'm not sure if this is Thrive Homes process? I have a big concern about how could they control the project schedule. Understand consultant are very busy, but the communication is very important not only in pre-construction but also in the further stage. I don't think this is a normal situation in home builder. just didn't feel I'm a customer, I always have to chase the consultant, tired to do that...Not a happy experience at this moment.

We had Best ever experience with Thrive homes. Construction of our house was well within the budget and significantly ahead of time. Our site Manager Joe Camelirri has not only been instrumental through the construction phase but as well as post handover In this success. Highly professional team knows how to treat their customers.

After the completion and hand over the house I was given 90 days in order to identify any defects.
Some small works were identified and relayed to Thrive Home. Maintenance manager Tom Dokoza got in touch with me. He is one of the most professional, polite, humble and caring guy I have ever come across. He managed all my concerns and quires in a very professional manner and all work were completed within the given time. Whenever i called him he was always available and listen to all my concerns and help resolved them in shortest time frame. Winning teams need to have star players and Tom is definitely a huge start in the team of Thrive homes.

Thrive homes has just been fantastic with the overall process. This special review is for the post completion defects and Thrive home, specifically Tom Dokoza (Warranty Manager) deserves a thumps up for being proactive and fixing all the mentioned defects in time. Building a first home can be daunting, so glad I chose to go with Thrive. From the outset with Yifu in sales, to pre construction with Melita and Joe on site. Joe made the build process so easy and stress free! Providing weekly updates. Couldn’t imagine building with anyone else.

Our 2 storey(Rayna 21) took almost 8 months to be built. Everything was right on time. Dane Brown our supervisor was everything anyone would want in a building supervisor. Every efficient, clean finish and smart building. I have mentioned few minor things that needed to be cleaned in the practical completion stage, and they were all done. We had no issues whatsoever. We did not pay any cent extra than what they mentioned at first.

Our build was virtually stress free finishing exactly at 20 weeks. Top quality inclusions and high end service at a price first homebuyers could afford. Kudos to Melita Savona our pre-construction administrator who was efficient and didn't waste any time with our paperwork. Our site manager Nick McEvoy is just awesome, an ultimate professional and would at many times go out of his way to ensure we get the best result. Been living at our new house for three weeks now and loving every bit of it! I would recommend Thrive Homes if you want to get your money's worth.

We could not have had a better outcome than going with Thrive’s for our land and house package! Our progress was top work, completion of less than six months for a single storey house and within the budget. We had Yifu during our pre-construction and Annalise who was very knowledgeable and supportive. We were privileged to have Nick McEvoy who is honestly genuine, consistent and updated us through each stage till handover. He replies each inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Its our first house and the experience with Thrive Homes was real smooth. Our site supervisor Joe is professional, friendly, easy to contact and kept us well informed during the whole construction process. Our home was completed in less than 4 months and all the paperwork have been handled properly and efficiently.
