Pre-Construction Manager Melita and Construction Manager, John Mellino made the entire building process extremly easy and satisfactory for us. Not only these guys are easily contactable, they are also super friendly and nice to talk to. They never got irritated or annoyed with our First Home Buyers' nervous queries :)

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Our Site Supervisor Joe Camilleri was super friendly and available anytime we had a question plus he kept us up to date along the way which as a first time builder was extremely helpful. We love our new home and are EXTREMELY happy with the outcome. Would definitely use this company's services again in the future.

My double storey house was ready 3 months before the expected completion date which I was very excited to live in my dream house. Building process was smoother, no issue however there were few bits and pieces need fixing. After the key handover Tom Dokoza who is the site manager came and checked all those issues. Right from the beginning he followed up with the contractors and communicated with me on the progression. Without his dedication, commitment and co-operation post construction job it would not have been possible.

Thrive delivered the home that they promised. My partner and I would actually like to take the time to acknowledge the work and professionalism of Tom Dakoza. He always made himself available and made sure the work performed was to expectations. Ultimately he took over the rains of our initial site supervisor and really went above and beyond making sure the trades met the expectations of myself and my partner, a real asset to the industry. Would recommend Thrive many times over.

The building process was completed efficiently in a timely manner and I received great communications from Joe all the way through from start to hand over. I have no issues at all. The back office team was fantastic and friendly. Keep up the great work, will definitely recommend Thrive to family and friends.

From the day of signing the contract, Thrive homes showed us lots of positive signs and also responded back to our queries within a day. Nick (Site Manager) has been very professional, friendly, easy to reach out for queries and transparent in every step of the way. We've always thought that building your first home will be stressful, but because of him, it's been really fun and exciting!

This was my first build and Thrive has definitely made it as hassle free as possible with their streamlined process. Not only did they make things a lot easier and simpler for new home owners like me, their customer service was also top notch. The builder is prompt, direct, approachable, reliable and friendly from the frontdesk personel, to the agent up to the very site supervisor John Mellino. The house was fantastic and we loved it. They gave us more than what was listed in terms of materials used. I'm impressed of the work and we loved it. I would highly recommend Thrive to those who wanted to build the right home.
