Excellent work More Green Energy

My system was installed on time on the date given with the minimum of fuss. The installation team were thourough, friendly and did not leave any mess as they cleaned up as they progressed.

The system is extremely good and for the last three quarters I have been in credit with the electricity supplier. Therefore I am saving over $200 per quarter, which is very good. I am even thinking about more pannels in the future.

In particular a big thanks to Monty who assisted me in downloading the app and talking me through the procedure for monitoring.

My friend recommended this company to us and I was surprise that the solar installation went really well despite all the negative comments. I have personally checked the roof and conduit work for leak during the recent rain storm and found nothing.

For the price that almost half of what the others have quoted, i found the service and quality to be the better.

I had an installed at a property in the blue mountains with a top solar company, also paying top dollars, it took 1 year to get things sorted and last year they went bankrupted.

So far I am happy with the install and will install another system next month.

My contract no. 2615, quote no. 1190.
This is for a 10kw system. I have deposited $500 on the 10/04/2019. After 7 months of waiting for papper works (Solar rebates), I was told by Jack (senoir consultant) that their installation contractor is NOT qualify to install and there for job cancelled. On the 1/11/2019 up to date I have sent so many emails & made so many phone calls to have my deposit refunded but NOTHING was send for me.
If any one read this? Can you please instruct me how to get these people refund my full $500.

We are in rural NSW, and installation was completed within agreed time frames, fast and efficient job. Had a small issue with install date, however was sorted out with a minimum of fuss, and no time was wasted.

just they installed the system & forgot about customer. Solar inverter shows red light & error again & again from 1st day.dont help to install app. I m complaining from last 9-10 months .

The panel installation was longer than expected due to the roof tiles special condition but in general was a good service and reliable. I cannot wait to see how efficient and economical is the solar system .

we ordered a system and paid a deposit on 30-August 2022, they could not supply the inverter we ordered OR complete the installation - they blamed the manufacturer (Fronius!) after waiting 2.5months we cancelled the contract on the 10-November 2022. we have had no response since, requesting a refund multiple times. they are openly committing fraud, how are these guys still in business!

I had a excellent experience throughout received decent discount...Kim with customer service was very helpful and the installer did a excellent job and explained everything about the system....also recommended to my brother.

Price was good and staff friendly. Installers showed up when they said bright and early, very friendly and kept me in the loop and always asked me questions before starting during and after completion. Everything ran smoothly without a hitch and most of all they cleaned up any mess that they did. 2 of my other friends have also used More Green Energy and they recommended them to me.

I installed the standard 6.6kW panels and will not comment on the product as I don't know much to compare them with. Installation was done professionally. During installation, an accident caused some damage to my lower roof but the company handled and fixed the issue effectively by sending over a qualified trade person. The only annoying bit was that I had to chase them up a few times but their response was always timely. I am yet to use their after sales service which will be crucial in indicating their professionalism. I would recommend this company for good service and fair price.
