The panels were installed within two weeks of making first contact. Jack, from More Green Energy, was very professional and provided answers to all my questions. The installation process was seamless and took less than half a day.

I don't usually leave reviews but this one deserves it. Mohit from More Green Energy has been great, from coming to see the property, quotation, explaining each question I had and even after installation support.

The installers were also very professional - not a single roof tile broken - now thats 5 STAR service!

The installation was rescheduled a couple of time ...but weather is to be blamed really.
I was really impressed with the quality of technical input provided prior to making purchase. Akash was spot on any extent technical details required, be it inverter reviews, failure rates, energy output, right energy plan from energy retailer.....you name it and he has a detail for you. This was in stark contrast with a lot of other retailers I enquired. I was convinced, I am not making a mistake going with More green.
Next part was customer service, installation planning and follow up. No mistakes here even. The process was handled impeccably well.

After weeks of planning and paying a deposit they just never showed up and no communication. Chased it up again a week after the job was suppose to be done in Long Beach only to be told it wont be happening. I asked for my refund back and it never came. Please do not deal with this company. After consulting with so many agents and retailers for solar, I finally got to deal with Janet, who not only guided in right direction in a professional way but also keeping the service standards to an exceptional level, the service provided by company was outstanding along with competitive rate, the installation team did the job very well and in professional way. I have signed the contract with this company on 3 July 2022. The company took the deposit amount as $400.00 prior to the installation of the work. As soon as I send the Solar installation QR code to them, they notify me that that the installation works will have to cancel as they have some issues on going with Solar Victory. They said they will refund my deposit, but it has been more than 9 months since they have not returned back my deposit amount. Every time we follow up with their salesperson, they are either lying or assure us that it will be deposited to my account at the end of the week, but it has not been done. They keep lying each time we follow up with them. Absolutely shocking and unprofessional.

From sales till installtion, it was hassel free process. No pushy sales men and no dodgy instaltion. Afnan was great to talk to and gave me all facts regarding various brands.
