I don't think any lender in market can beat variable rate loan mortgage ezy is currently offering for owner occupied loan. Little bit of more paperwork but Ron Dylon has been very helpful throughout the process,very quick in response as well. Settlement department is little bit slow in response and but always helpful.It was also little bit frustrating not to have single contact person looking after your file from settlement department but overall happy with the service.however, as a client, would like to see better solicitor appointed than Gali...

Anthony was the best consultant you could ask for. I had many questions and he helped me with every single one of them. He walked me through everything and got me a great rate too.

Service was prompt and I got a great outcome looking for a better rate without having to refinance. I did have to enquire twice and speak to two different people but got there in the end.

I have found MEZY to be very slow with responses but always willing to assist. They have proactively passed on rate reductions without being asked on numerous occasions and have also organized rate reductions upon request. No ongoing fees and competitive rates so once you're with them they are worth sticking with, or at least asking for a rate review.

Ron Dylan was very good to work with, and MEZY worked out a great loan product for our renovation at a great rate. But, we did have to provide significantly more documentation etc than other possible lenders requested. I believe this was more to do with the lender, not MEZY. In the end, it was worth it. Overall, very happy. I rate it 4.5 stars.

Customer service is the worst- they always support their mortgage brokers and don't acknowledge the client/borrower who's actually paying for all that they are doing including the commission which is being paid to the mortgage broker EVERY MONTH. To add to this, they are not even sure of their own policies & procedures.

Each time I have to request something it takes ages before I receive it and that even not complete and have to request it again.

The customer service and friendly approach by the team at MEzy make it easy to engage with them. I find financial matters confusing at the best of times, but Pamela has always been patient and courteous, so I don't feel silly!

I asked for a rate review on my existing home loan with them and after one phone call Ron was able to secure me a lower rate in a week.

Ron was very helpful and was able to secure a variable rate reduction from 2.49% to a competitive 2.19%. Greatly appreciated. Very satisfied with the ongoing service provided as an existing customer. I would recommend Mortgage EZY over any of the big banks.

We have chosen Mezy for a second time now as they have very good market rates and used them before. This time round call centre was outsourced to Philippines but this didn't impact the service at all.
Make sure you have paper work in order to speed up the process and also pull out your free credit report and cross check every item on this report it so it matches. So there are no surprises and unnecessary delays.

I refinanced my mortgage over a year ago and have consistently received great customer service. I was recently assisted by a consultant by the name of Ron who was very helpful and was always quick to get back to me. I’ve never any issues and although the website is very basic, it does the job. I would definitely recommend their service!

If you want a simple, low interest loan, then this is it. It may require a refinance every few years to ensure you retain a very low rate.
Ron Dylan was my customer service representative and was able to make the my request quick and easy.

Fantastic result Ron thank you for great advice with a great outcome. The customer service is excellent! The rate review was quick and easy and Ron followed up with a phone call within the correct timeframe.

Ron Dylan answered heaps of emails from us, outlining requirements as clearly as he could and never complaining about us being too slow to get our act together.

We found the refinancing process quite cumbersome with repeated requests for more information (Mortgage Ezy is certainly not alone in this regard, and it wasn't Ron's fault) and didn't end up going through with it.

But Ron eventually suggested a rate reduction, for which I imagine there was no commission for him - he just seemed content enough that we were happy with our lower rate. Thanks for your quick responses and patience, Ron!

Processing the loan was very painful, and just as painful when I had to refinance. However, when I asked Ron to look at the rate with a view to reduce it, he was very helpful with good service. And he delivered.

I dealt with both Angel and Anthony both very prompt in their responses and were very patient in handling my queries. I Will recommend Mezy for sure. Thanks again guys. :-)
