My husband and I refinanced two mortgages with Mortgage House when our existing lender failed to pass on a number of rate cuts. It was a long and drawn out process (largely because we were so busy at the time) but Pierre was patient, informative, and communicative throughout the process, and made it all as simple as possible. We really want to acknowledge that Pierre has continued his great customer service with us after the refinancing has taken place, answering all our enquiries about rate cuts and so on quickly and informatively. We have had a great experience dealing with him.

This bank repossess your home if it is vacant for more than 4 weeks. Believe it, it happened to me. All I can say is that they one of the worst financial institutions I have dealt with and their internal dispute resolution is non existent. BTW they have not even lowered their interest rates since the last RBA cuts. My advice keep away

They advertised very lower rate, then ask you fill the application form and pay the applicaiton fee.
After application fee had been paid, service attitude changed, and lower rate not avialable anymore.
The lowest rate is 1 start, otherwise i would give "0"

After 3 years their customer service has got pretty bad they put up rates without hesitation but you need to basically apply again to get a review of interest rates i have just found a loan 1.6 % lower thats $12 000 less in interest as you may imagine i am feeling ripped off

Your customer service was exemplary and put my mind at ease that the loan was underwritten by the Adelaide/Bendigo bank and the variable rate would largely move in step with the underwriting bank’s decisions. Mitch Tierney, you have done it again with my investment loan. This is a long journey process that Mitch has shown again his professionalism, follow up emails and phone calls. He always make sure my application is on the right track for the six months processing. He liaises perfectly with me, the credit and legal teams.
