Inexpensive phone, great to use as a phone, stream Netflix or use social media and okay for snap shots
The Moto E5 has a great screen and amazing battery life. The screen is a large 5.7in 720 x 1,440, with a narrow aspect display and a 4,000mAh battery and is made of Gorilla Glass and my fingers don’t stick while swiping or pinching and it does not need cleaning often either. The touchscreen responds promptly to my input and can be operated very well up to the edges. The volume rocker and standby button are on the right in the classical arrangement. Both can be reached easily and operate precisely. It has a fingerprint sensor on the back, so mak...Read more
e sure you get a Motorola cover which has holes in the right place. I sometimes find it hard to get my finger in the right place so it recognizes my print but generally it unlocks the phone from standby quickly and accurately. I don't recommend it for photos as the pictures are grainy if you print them out or put them on a TV screen, but the camera is fine for snapshots. Likes: Great price ($199 at Officeworks), Solid battery life (it can last up to 2.5 days between charges, although performance suffers when the battery life gets less than 30%). It has two SIM slots which is a big plus for travelling overseas Dislikes: it only has 16GB of storage (although it has a MicroSD slot which can be used to store music and photos) and an average camera (its 13-megapixels, the colors are bright, but details are often lost and photos can look grainy).Purchased in March 2021 at Officeworks for $199.00.

Moto E5 - Highly Recommended Great Phone for the $ price
Been shopping around for new mobile phone for some time now but ticking all the boxes for my budget was difficult. I can honestly say this Moto E5 for $140 buy price from Big W was spot on. it has never crashed or glitched since using it. meets all my needs and never runs slow or glitchy. Screen is very clear and bright enough to use outside on the sunny days. i have a lot of apps installed and it has never been an issue to date. with G3 being turned off on certain frequencies in Au a 4G mobile option was high on the list for me which this phne...Read more
offered. The phone worked first time out the box with dual sims being recognised an operational, which is more than could be said for some of the cheap no brands being offered online. i would recommend this phone 100% without doubt and would purchase again for personal use.Purchased in November 2021 at Big W for $149.00.

Greatest value for money
Camera is great, enough brightness display to read in the sun and can survive a slight drop, use it for social media, needs sd card for apps to run smoothly
Purchased in November 2021 at Officeworks for $197.00.

All I Wanted and expected at a great price.
Bought this to replace an earlier version. Needed dual Sim for work. That limits options ... But this phone is great. Great screen, much improved operating system with fingerprint access on the back and simple touch screen screen shots. Doing everything and doing better than I expected. Connectivity, WiFi, Hotspot, Bluetooth... All good. Very happy.
Purchased in August 2021 at Big W Retail Stores for $199.00.

Smooth, very nice handset. Ticks all the boxes. Dual Sim. Great value.
After a bit of confusion setting up the wi-fi and hotspot the e5 now works perfectly with all my devices including my external work applications. I upgraded from a Motorola G4 I had used for many years. The e5 is more sleek, has overcome the connectivity issues my G4 had, is a much more comfortable phone to use and looks great.
The fingerprint reader located on the back of the handset is a great improvement for easy access.
For just under$200 outright this dual Sim phone is great.
