We needed a roadworthy that day, Mr Roadworthy adjusted their schedule to fit us in that day, turned up when indicated, service was first class.
I would definitely use them again and recommend their service.

Very quick to come out ( same day), really friendly and did a great job .. my vehicle needed one tyre.. he did a wonderful job of showing me why it needed a new one and the reason for failure.. being a motor mechanic myself and realizing he was telling me the truth, I was very happy to get a new tyre and have the vehicle safe for the road

Nice guy, on time, polite, didn't make or leave a mess and provided additional advice concerning lodgement of the roadworthy certificate in respect of vehicle transfer and also cancellation of the car from Toll roads.

Excellent customer service, the inspector was a genuinely nice guy. Communication with Mr Road worthy was instantaneous. Literally contacted them at 9am and mechanic was at mine by 10:15am the same day!! Highly recommend to anyone needing urgent RWC.

I have a 3 year old car in amazing cond. Made up some garbage about part not the whole tyre being low then tried to upsell me to come to his shop and get them replaced or replace them myself and rebook the car in for an extra fee. When i called him out on it and said I'd take it to get a professional road worthy.

Inspection worker was very rude, forgot to send inspection report. Was only interested in getting payment.
Office staff were also rude and not helpful.
I regret using this company.
I would not recommend to anyone.

Rude staff, very unprofessional. Put the wrong rego on my rwc. Turned up an hour and a half early to the appointment then Didn't send the rwc to my email like he said. The company said it was my fault and they where to busy right now to handle it. It took a tmr officer to ring him before he pulled his head out if his ars and sorted it out. But oh no it wasn't there fault, even the tmr officer said he was rude........

Just called to enquire about a roadworthy and advised my suburb. Was promptly told we do no service this area although their website had it listed. You need to update your website so people do not waste there time!

So easy to organise a roadworthy - contacted them in the evening and they had a technician at my place the next morning at 0900! Very professional and friendly technician who did a thorough job! Perhaps it depends on which technician does the roadworthy looking at some of the other reviews, but my experience was positive. Julie in admin was very polite and professional and organised my booking quickly. Would definitely recommend Mr Roadworthy!

Booked a roadworthy for sale of my vehicle. [name removed] my technician was great - I would definitely ask for him or [name removed]. Even helped me understand how to transfer rego online. Administration team pretty average, mucked up my booking twice and pretty unhelpful at resolving it. Found the technicians to be much more helpful. Roadworthy was thorough and timely.

Don't use these guys. I got a quote on a car roadworthy which they supplied. I was told they needed a call the day prior to the service being needed so I rang on 20th Dec for a service required on the 21st Dec. I was then told the earliest they could do the job was 27th Jan. When I asked why I was told differently the woman ignored my question and told me that they were so popular that they couldn't fit me in and that was the end of it. Why promise something if you can't deliver!! Ring Auto King instead. Delivered what they promised and they turned up early to boot..

Second time I've used these guys and was lucky enough to get Matt back again to do the road worthy on mum's car this time.
Few things needed fixing, asked for recommendations for a mechanic, he gave me one...Repairs were $300 less than were quoted by Carline which mum always uses.
Could not be happier.
