Worst service ever

Bunch of scam artists. They take your cash up front and don’t even look at the car, fail it based on absolutely nothing at all and then when you ask for an explanation you get your number blocked. Worst excuse for service I have ever seen in my life. The ladies at the call service were awful and rude too. A complete joke, don’t waste your money or time. Hopefully others don’t get caught out like I did.

All they do is deceive you, thinking you know nothing about cars and charge you $$$

They came and inspected my car and said inner trailing arm bush crack and outer cv boot split. So i went to another shop instead (to get it fix) and found out that there was nothing wrong with it (no crack and no split/damage). They didn't even test drive the car to see if my brakes, suspension and engine drive line emission were in standard condition, so how could he deem my car's roadworthy a fail. I received my roadworthy from the 2nd shop instead and settled it there.

Worst money hungry company ever! Dont do business with then

Just had them out to check at my car which I just serviced not long ago and the guy failed my car over smallest and ridiculous things like a bit of grease in the engine, wiper is a bit old, etc and if I wanna pass I have to fix those and rebook them for another $50 call out. Brought to my own mechanics, he passed me straight away after checking over those small things. They only wanna make money and even hope to pass their examination for a road worthy certificate unless you buy a brand new car. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM

I would put zero star rating if the site allowed me to.
It was a completely unhappy experience.
I did a mobile roadworthy yesterday. They spotted a few problems need to be fixed and gave me a quote over $600 dollars, not including replacing new tyres.
So I went to the local mechanics for a second opinion. They gave me a quote about $200 dollars, no need to replace tyres.
Don't trust their advertising of affordable inspection price. That is just a lure of a huge bill of repair cost. All they want is to rip you off.
