Outstanding professionalism. Right from the word GO - The initial phone call was answered straight away (late on a weekend,) helpful and knowledgeable receptionist. I was given a time of my choice first thing Monday morning, and there was no stale attitude from any part of the experience. Pleasant cheerful service from start to finish. All was Above and beyond what I expected.

I Messaged Saturday arvo, and first thing Monday morning James arrived to do both of my vehicles. Very fast service, no waiting time in the que. Mr roadworthy truly took the worry out of getting the job done. Also the price was a bonus to the no nonsense professional conduct.

The technician showed up on time and had a very clean and professional appearance. Would recommend Mr Roadworthy to anyone. The only thing I could suggest is to be more flexible with appointment times. 2pm was the latest time that I could book my appointment which took longer to get my bike registered due to work commitments.

I firstly requested an SMS quote. That came through immediately. Within 5 minutes I received a phone call about my enquiry.
They were able to fit my inspection in later that day.
I had to postpone it to the next day.
Fast friendly service and very efficient.

Rang the night before to organise an safety gas certification in order to sell my van and they had one of the team around at 9.15 the next morning. This is service when they understand your situation.

Loved the guy who did the service, and the convenience and price were great. Only thing letting them down was booking initially, making contact felt like it took longer than it really needed to and when they did the call itself was difficult to manage as the phone line was really poor and I had to call back, with little improvement.
I know this is likely out of their control, but was just a little dampener.

Brian inspected my 40 year old caravan at my home address while parked on the road.Being a retired mechanic and registered inspector of used vehicles,though now more than twice the vans age,I could appreciate and agree with his approach to the inspection.He was sensible and fair but thorough.You should be assured of a common sense inspection of your vehicle.
