When start button pressed Unit does full circle backwards with one wheel only working and then stops. No error indication.

See if you have something stuck under the wheel. This happened to me and sent me crazy figuring it out and it had a small piece of plastic stuck under the wheel. Needed a little force to roll the wheel and it came out.

Probably a software problem but try removing the battery for at least 10 seconds & reinstalling it. That should reset all functions.

Need to clean the front ground sensors. Ir thinks there is a ledge or cliff so it moves backwards and cant regain a signal therefore shuts off

Sorry, haven’t had a chance to try out the mop function yet after we had problems with the vacuum function already.

I had a My genie that needed replacing. The replacement mopped well for a few months and recently stopped. When I put the water tank that belonged to the original robot on the replacement, it started mopping again. So the problem is with the water tank that was used a long time, not with the robot.

Sometimes the contacts on the dock rust over. Get some sandpaper and sand off the rust, should do the trick.
