I have copied this information for the Instruction Manual....EOO1 Cause: Failure of Ground detected. Failure Identification: The senor head is blocked or the cleaner is stuck in stairs. Troubleshooting: Clean the cliff sensor ground detector or manually pick up the cleaner.

Turn machine over to see a sticker outlining each fault number and corresponding issue.

I took a photo with my phone of the error codes under the unit and use it for troubleshooting.

thoroughly clean all contacts on charger and cleaner, it worked for me,

my new / replacement one is doing this straight out of the box, trying to locate what error code means, not off to good start with second one now. Wondering if refund and look at another is the way to go life is meant to be easy and why we purchase such an item and doesn't seem the case for me so far

The ZX1000 does not have any maping, lasers or cameras. It totally relies on bumping its way around. If it keeps trying to push once the bump sensor is activated, you obviously have a dud. Take it back if you can and get your money back, depending where you got it from. You won't get any support from the phone nunber in the manual. good luck.

Hi Troy, Place a screw driver with flat end ( this is called a blade ) use it as a lever & apply only enough leverage to "pop" the panel off. Hope this helps.

The mop is attached to the "trailing bar" (half-moon shaped plastic panel) which must be gently pried up from the bottom of the machine. Once you have done this, the mop may be easily removed.

I found it can be limited if it’s vacuuming near the charging station. I unplug the station while it’s in the same room and it moves around much better. I plug the station back in when I want it to return home. Also make sure you haven’t got ‘spot’ cleaning selected.

The ZX1000 does not map your house so it does not know how many rooms you have. It cleans at random and will eventually find other rooms. This machine is very limited as to what it can do. It won’t find the base unless it’s close, no brush or roller fitted and no mapping. You best put it in a room, close the door and leave it for 30 mins. You get what you pay for.

I do my rooms in sections and send it back to base. For example, I close the doors off the open plan kitchen, dining lounge so it just works that area. I then recharge and place it in the bedrooms or bathrooms with the doors closed. Does a fantastic job.

You could probably add a small amount of detergent if you wanted. Bear in mind it may leave a water mark on the surface. Really, I found its not a mop, its a wipe, and will need several passes to clean a coffee spot off tiles for example. What this mop function does is it will collect some of the fine dust or lint left behind after the floor has been vacuumed. Tony.

Thanks for your reply, I ended up using it with plain water just to see how it worked. You are correct it does pick up some lint and dust which I was ok with as I have pets so the more it gets the better for me. I have floorboards right through the whole house. My disability prevents me from using a normal mop or steam mop now, as it flares the pain so tried this. I let it go and yes it does need to pass a couple of times to do a good clean but in the end I was happy with what it had done as it saved me a lot of pain, whilst I’m waiting for my house to sell. I just would have liked to add something to the water, even white vinegar but wasn’t sure if it would harm the machine. I emailed company but no reply yet.

I pushed down firmly on them but had to try a couple before I found two that fit on. I think one is for the left side and one is for the right, but they’re not marked, so I just tried them all until I found the ones that fit. They slot in on the underside of the mygenie on the left and right.

Mine went back under warranty 4 monthd old went psycho. Back up right turn deont brishes wohkd stip thrn stip give me error code 0300 wheels tangled in wires nothing tangled. Decided it wouldnt go back to thr charge dock so i set it for a quick run around the kitchen back to th dock charged fine then got worse wouldnt go back to charge. So i had ti remember who I bought it off, date I bought.
When it arrived it had no paperwork no receipt.
Bought similar one for extra $150 12in 1

Like a Spanish dance like it was posessed, mind you i doubt it was designed to backwards as much as it did.
All 4 modes (different cleaning patterns) did the same backwards and in circles like it picked up a virus bur theres no inernet connections. My guess its programming problem

Id have thought it would gave automatically mapped out the area to be cleaned as you may have read i dont have 1 now after a mere 4 months. Ive tried devanti zx1000 12in 1 and now use a Xiaomai. Which worked out the cheapesr having been given a refund and keeping it worse scenario i just press 1 of 2 buttons to clean spot or full service
I rhinknit it was the 12 in 1 i programmed the time and date yet didnt specify a day or time it was to clean.
Woke 1 morning to notice it was missing. Seems it had a mind if its own, found it under my bed whicrh i thought was odd given it wasnt programmed to.
I did laugh about it thinking it was like a pet with a mind of its own, like it had decided to sleep under my bed or something.
Clear the cleaning area of everything possible remove the mopping attachment that helps too

Im not aware of it having one there was no mention in the Manuel Ive read back to back several times. Perhaps its automatic

Bdirect supplied it ex sydney have been almost useless. I gave them details name address and approximate date it got sent
Sent without a receipt.
Scoopon are embarassed and looking at sourcing another or refunding my money.
Already pack up to return it.

Loves doing circles going backward like its dancing or something. I'd say a virus but theres no way to alter the program sysrem fault

I got mine through Kogan who advertise on the Dick Smith website. I think their products come from Hong Kong.

I purchased mine through another supplier and I contacted BDirect for my warranty issues. www.bdirect.com.au.

I need it as soon as possible.Can any one tell me where I can get one.I have a fractured spine so can not use a conventionable vaccum cleaner

You need a new battery contact your supplier/manufacturer.

I have contacted the supplier I have to send the machine back and they are going to pay or the cost and look at the machine . Yes I think I need a new battery it was only purchased in October this year so The battery was probably faulty when they sent it to me. Regards Judy.

Sorry Judy no answer but we just received this cleaner November 2017 and same problem as you. Placed cleaner onto charger after 5 x 1111 we get 08 error. Have contacted place of purchase and now look forward to long drawn out process of them contacting manufacturer to get issue resolved. Sorry can’t help but understand your pain.
