COVID 19 delivery
I got a bit worried when I saw that a delivery was made at 00.00hrs on the tracking system. But 2 slabs and a box of a dozen wines arrived the following day(Friday). Gareth the driver kept to the social distancing and was jovial in these trying times. It wasn't a bad experience at all. I will use them again. I will also make my orders earlier to avoid disappointment if there are delays. Happy customer here.
Single bottle delivered to a PO Box without issues
A single bottle was ordered from Dan Murphy's. This was my first web order and delivery from Dan's.
I used my PO box as my delivery address. The AustPost app, notified me of all stages of the delivery, once the tracking information was supplied. I showed up, signed for it without issue. The box itself was well packed and suitable for the job. The good arrived in good condition without damage. If I did not have a PO box, then I would have used a free parcel locker.
Missing carton from Dan Murphys
I ordered a carton plus 1 bottle. Only the 1 bottle turned up. The driver requested that I sign for it, and he told me that he would follow up the missing carton. The driver should not be asking customers to sign in those circumstances. Now Dan Murphys say that I have received my order. Plus very slow service and follow up. Ripped off by someone!

6 bottles of wine ordered through Dan Murphy and 13 days to receive Wine.
Appalling service. The only reason it turned up at all was because I rang Dan Murphy’s and they told me it would take 2 days to investigate

Good reliable service
Landed at their depot on Thursday, was delivered today on Monday! Made a purchase through eBay and also directly through the store (a day or so apart). Both packages arrived together, Very Satisfied. The driver was very nice very professional

Was waiting to receive my delivery all day only to get ANOTHER text saying they had pushed my delivery date back AT 4 PM on the delivery day. Terrible service.

GOOD SERVICE (AND GETTING BETTER, BUT IT'S DRIVER DEPENDENT)
I regularly order wine from the Woolworths cohort of Winemarket, Cellarmasters, Dan Murphy, BWS etc all of which is delivered by Nexday. Service is generally good and usually delivered on the day expected. Recently, I've been getting texts from the local driver giving me a delivery time window of about two hours which is very useful, and so far, reliable. I'm on the lower North Shore in Sydney which is a busy area for couriers and am thankful for the excellent service this driver gives. I guess the service depends more on your local driver than anyone else.
If I could leave a zero star review, I would!
Waiting for a Dan Murphy's order to be delivered within the 2-4 business days from this Company that never arrived a week later. Upon tracking the parcel, it showed that the delivery was with the driver, but getting late in the day I decided to call to see where it was. After being on hold with the company I was told that the parcel has been flagged as being "lost" and there was nothing they could do. Absolutely hopeless. I asked how the website tracking showed that the parcel was with the driver, only to be told that the parcel is not scanned and a separate document is, so how could the driver know if it was placed on board or not. Dan Murphy's have made a horrible choice in selecting this company for their deliveries.

Worst delivery service
Next Day were contracted to deliver several deliveries of wine we bought (by the retailer) and each time there were issues with it.
The last straw was when we asked that delivery driver call on approach (as we had issues with drivers not even coming to the front door before marking the delivery as "No one home", despite someone being home). This one delivery was turned back to the depot 4 times, each time the driver marking as "No one home" and no answer when they called, despite the fact no one called. When I called and confronted Next Day, and demanded to see the screen shots of these supposed call attempts they suddenly arranged immediate delivery.

Hardly Nexday. Hardly very good logistics.
Initial delivery was quick enough. Was unlucky to duck out and miss the driver by 3 minutes though. Called straight away and got an abrupt guy who said they couldn't come back. Fair enough. Next available delivery slot: 5 days time. Not fair enough. Every other courier these days manages to use a local drop point or redelivers within a day. Come on, guys.

Delivery timing fine, some drivers have no service ethic
Mostly delivered on time, however, if the driver is Indian, or Pakistani, or Afghanistani, or Iranian etc., service is polite and friendly and respectful and the goods handed into my hands. Of around sixty or so deliveries in the past three years, only three have been from 'Aussies' (recognising we are all Australian) and they just dump the parcel on the ground, take the signature, and consider they have met their service obligation. Five star service if Asian delivered, one star service if 'Aussie bloke' delivered. Today's delivery was by an Aussie bloke, thus I gave a 3 star average. Probably should be 4 star on a weighted average basis as most deliveries have been by Asians.
No delivery, no notification - Ruined a wedding
I ordered several cases of alcohol to be delivered on a Friday in preparation for a Wedding reception on the weekend.
The delivery was not made and the courier didn't even bother to call us or notify Dan Murphy's of the non-delivery.
To add further insult, they also refused to make the delivery on the weekend. They've really let me down but more so they've let Dan Murphy's down.
I will never order from any company that uses Nexday as their courier.

Rubbish awful and hopeless
Ordered beer from Dan Murphy's that had to come from interstate. The expected delivery date was four days but was pushed back another day to a Friday. We then waited all day but went to collect the kids from school and when we for back we found out that we missed the driver by five minutes. We called them immediately but were refused a redelivery and was told that we'd have to wait until Wednesday! Unbelievable, I don't know why Dan Murphy's use this awful company. The tracking service is not a tracking device it just tells you when the package is with the driver.

Ordered some wine from Dan Murphys which arrived in Hobart in 2 days later. A week later it still hadn't been delivered. Contacted Dan Murphys who chased it up. One box was delivered the next day. The second box still hasn't delivered. Tracking says its at some depot, its been there for 10 days. Seriously?? Do not use this company. Why is it called Nexday, should be NexCentury...
Driver attempted delivery next door 3 times and reported incorrect address despite huge company sign
Ordered a small package, have had 3 failed delivery attempts as drivers keep trying to deliver it to the restaurant next door and reported they could not see the company sign?? Meanwhile I have to call the seller every time and rebook a delivery which takes 2 days each time.
