These crooks continue to harass my very elderly and unwell mother and coerce her into buying over $1000 worth of wine. She has Alzheimer’s and I’ve told them this and they continue to aggressively sell to her.

You think the prices are great, wait till you taste the wine! Unbelievable value for the dollar. The team at ORE have exemplary knowledge on wines. I welcome their call to keep me up-to-date as they certainly know what I like. I order wine that I like and they promptly deliver wine that I love.

The first time I ordered from Oak Road Estate I placed an order for a case of shiraz and a case of chardonnay from a young English guy over the phone - the wine he told me about sounded great and the price was even better! The wine arrived promptly in a few days and the quality of the wine exceeded my expectations! I have ordered many times since and am always happy with the service I receive. They have been keeping me sane during this lockdown so I thought the least I could do would be to leave a shining review!!

Always had good wines from these guys, met them at the Good Food and Wine show last year, they have always been very knowledgeable, professional, and offered great wines at great prices. Good Aussie run business. Keep up the good work ORE.

Oak Road has some amazing wines - full descriptions are given on the website and on the phone to help you decide what you like. I am a red drinker myself, and so far I have not got wrong with the selection of shiraz, merlots or cab sav's that I have tried. Highly recommended

Have bought wine for several years from this company and am never disappointed! On the odd occasion were a case may be lost or I have had any payment issues the customer service team are always quick and very helpful to resolve the issue. Will continue to order through them for good quality wine at a cheap price straight to my door!

I recently purchased a case of the Veuve Deville French Sparkling from Oak Road Estate! It was the best case of bubbly that I have had in a very, very long time! It has great bubbles and its taste is amazing, very smooth as it goes down and a Sparkling that made me want to have a second glass! Definitely a bottle to bring out for special occasions!

Contacted Oak Road Estate today as I noticed a large amount of money had been charged for the one case of wine I ordered over the phone with the Sales Rep. About a week later I discovered that the order over the phone was actually placed for 5 cases, instead of the 1 case and I was charged an absurd amount. However, really happy with the outcome as I explained the situation and was promised a refund for the 4 cases, also the customer service provided by Maddy, wow! A big thank you, you're wonderful!

Be warned people! Oak Road Estates have a sister company called Top Drop Wines which uses the SAME database as that of their sister company OAK ROAD. Both companies will hound you to the end of the earth no matter how many times you tell them not to call. A guy called [name removed] (purports to be a Manager) promises to delete your data but never does. Beyond comprehension and totally relentless. The wine is below average; I've bought two cartons and sent both back. Undrinkable.

I think the title of this review says it all. They absolutely refuse to take me off their marketing lists and ring me about twice a month.

I’m really done! So, for every communication I receive, I’m writing another bad review. In fact, I’m posting the contents of this email.

After receiving my last purchase which was horrid and basically I undrinkable .
I will never buy from these disrespectful and dishonest cowboys . They stated a bottle $38 real price $11.

I have asked three times to be removed from their telephone contact list and they just persist in harassment. I will never buy from them.

Have purchased wine from this mob for some years, sometimes quite good, sometimes very ordinary to boring. Received my last purchase which was horrid and basically undrinkable and returned all of it apart from a sample of around 60 mL taken from one bottle for evaluation and rapidly recapped and replaced in the case and returned via Australia Post, as arranged with OakRoad. This was over two weeks ago but promised refund has not surfaced as yet. The sales pitch for the wine was rubbish as it's only potential use was for distillation for spirit as the alcohol content was the only prominent feature of this terrible wine.
