I have been trying to get in contact with officemax/winc now for two weeks. Did the online inquiry 2 times now and no feedback. Have to say the service is very bad. Orderd my sons science book withe the rest of his books and did not receive the book and no letter or invoice saying why or if it is out of stock. Will not use this store in the future. $65 down the drain

I ordered my childrens stationary well in advance. Once I opened by box of stationary more than half was missing. Ive sent multiple emails and no response.
I just want to know if its on the way or will I be refunded and then need to go purchsed the missing items elsewhere

I have gone 4 times for a book that has been out of stock. I keep getting told that it has been ordered and that I need to call every day. Phone calls are on hold for 20 mins and no answers. Only 20 books have been ordered and there are more than 20 parents waiting in my son's class leave alone other classes ! Very disappointing

This seems to be the only avenue to get in touch with you guys, I wrote up a review and gave you the respect of 7 days to answer.I got a response straightaway, that was on the 1st I was told my order was processed and still no order. I placed mine on the 31st of dec ( cut off date to be guaranteed before term 1) and received a very small amount . I paid over $900 for my order and I would like it please...... no one answers phones they don’t answer emails ! This is not good enough .

You emailed me that our order will be dispatched.Its almost one week since you emailed but nothings recieve.I have lots of email to just refund our money so we can buy but no one answer.I rang you almost all time but very annoying that you will put me on a one hour in the line but no one answered.Terrible very terrible.As like me that we dont have extra money to buy again as our orders did not recieve it makes my son desperate as the school is already begin.Everyday my son is crying and asking where is her school stuff as he is using only paper and pen in school as we are waiting for the orders.You give terrible stress to me and to my sons.

Ordered my sons book pack in early December last year. Book pack arrived however it was a kindergarten book pack, my son is in year 6!!!! Tried to call multiple times, once the phone went through to Jetstar, emailed numerous times, no response. After thinking I was organised, I’ve had to run around buying stuff and lots of places sold out!!! Such a stressful time for parents and kids and this has just added to the pressure!!! I will never order through you again and I’ll be telling my family and friends the same. Don’t ask for my reference number... ask for my bank details because I want my money back! I will be contacting the ACCC next

I am pretty much in the same boat as all the other Customers on here.
Order placed mid December for 2 children, and less than half of my order has arrived, even though the money has been taken out of my account.
Hours on hold, then being hang up on.
Extremely disappointed.
And no communication as to when it will arrive.

Worst experience EVER... oh, and good luck getting in contact with them - that will never happen. I honestly don’t even think they have anyone answering the phones - they just wait for you to get sick of holding and hang up.

Happily take your money and don’t deliver all the products.

This company is a JOKE and I’m honestly surprised they are still in business. I am going to make it my personal mission to ensure our school never uses this company AGAIN!!!

Do yourself a favour and go to Officeworks for your stationary - they even beat the price by 20% !

I ordered my stationary since 18/11/2019. There is a text book is not arriving yet ' its(Oxford Big Ideas & Social security WA Skills & Activities Book 8 Leo Conti Et 1st Edn. My order Reference WWB1294948

Could some one please contact me. This is absolutely ridiculous. I am still yet to receive my full order as we go into 2nd week. The teachers are putting pressure on the children to have their supples. Your company is uncontactable via email or phone. I will never ever use this company again, I am astounded at the lack of customer service.

Ordered books 3 weeks ago and got a text over 10 days ago that we have derived your order, and find out that sent the orders just yesterday. on top of that rang 3 days ago and the agent said your order is on the way and we have sent it already. very very unprofessional.

Placed order for kids school books late december (online order) and nothing. Can't get a email response, no one will answer phone and have been on hold for hours only to be hung up on! Absolutely pathetic experience. Highly don't recommend this business. Its now week 2 and kids have nothing.

I have attempted several times to make contact with OfficeMax via email and phone calls. No one answers phone, no one replies email, no order dispatches, no delivery, no refund. All these reviews not receiving orders or even getting in contact, what are our chance of getting our order?Kids are into their second weeks of school and still i cannot get to anyone to give me an update.

This is my first online review. I have two kids and the eldest is now 13. Every year we always oder from officemax. This year will my last deal with Officemax. After spent almost AUD 831 and a month waiting, we only have received 3 text books delivered one at the time. 3 TEXTBOOKS !!!!!!!!!.
We ended spending again almost the same amount elsewhere as email never got replied.

I am hoping i can sell it again next year (IF ever arrive before next year start term start).

Cannot update ebook bundle email address so no activation code. No communication from Officemax and no reply from their customer service number - usual we're busy message then get cut off. Oh, and the kids are already back at school.

Like everyone else I ordered back in December 2022 so I would receive my books ec in time. A box came before the end of Dec with items, no invoice, no paperwork at all to mark off what was there. Got an email saying some items were on backorder so had to go back to my original orders to work out what was missing. Just waited quietly and patiently all Jan and then I sent OfficeMax an email via their site. No reply as yet. Maybe whinging on here will get me a reply?

Ordered mid December 2022 and that's it. Nothing else no tracking no., no products, no response to any emails, no answers a phone, no communication, nothing except having to pay for stationary twice. I gave up on the phone and drove to the shop to get a refund and told "sorry our phones are off shore. I cant help you with online orders, here email this address. Next in line please". The only ones that have saved the day are officeworks. I hope schools are aware of this for next year.
