They don't even know if or when it will be delivered
Ordered business cards online 4th Feb, 4 to 8 days delivery to store. sent me a link I could look at to see how the order was progressing. Status never changed. Tried ringing the head office. The first call never got answered, after listening to endless marketing messages it asked me to do the survey and then the call cut out. I called back. This time I gave them the order number but they couldn't tell me anything, none of their systems seem to be working. or sent to the pickup store. I had to contact the pickup store, they hadn't received it. So I have no idea if I will ever see the business cards I ordered, even though the staff tried hard to help. Customer service means serving the customer in a friendly way.
Yet again the Doncaster Officeworks queue downstairs went nowhere. Two girls chatting in the back area, one rude grumpy woman "serving" someone. I left the queue to find a guy upstairs who directed me to the area I needed to get a large box. He wasn't friendly either. The manager should turn this around - treat your staff well and they will pass it on to the customer. Train them, reward them, be positive.

Poor delivery service! Poor customer telephone connection!
I placed an order on 6th Feb 2020 and it was a same day delivery. I have not received it on 12nd Feb 2020. I tried a call the service line 1300 633 423 and I could not talk with anyone. I tracked my order again this morning, it showed the goods was delivered on Last Thursday. I tried to called 1300 number again, it was not working again. I will go to buy goods in person in the future. Very frustrated. I had to contact Mentone Officeworks for a help. As you know, they could not do to much because I did not order it from their shop.

, I would complimented the staff at Mentone shop of Officeowrks and they were very helpful and supportive. Although I did not order the goods from their shop, they helped me to call the Officeworks centre. Thank you those two nice ladies who works in the Mentone Officeworks. In the end, I would suggest officeworks to check the 1300 line and maybe add online live chat in order customers can receive a proper customer service.Similar opinion? Absolutely useless
Why they have same day delivery listed on there site is beyond me . When nothing gets delivered the same day . Just like my order now was meant to be delivered the same day nope didn't happen instead it coming 3 days after its meant to be delivered . Not to mention the oxley store doesn't even know how to answer there phone at all tried ringing them for an hour and it just rang out and that's by starting to ring them 10 minutes after they had opened .

Photo book disaster
After spending hours preparing a photo book of a recent holiday, it was delivered incomplete. Looking back on my account I can still see the finished version and how it should have been printed. Customer service could not care less when I informed them of their mistake. Will never order a photo book from Officeworks again.

dont bother calling
called for over 30 minutes at 2 stores and nobody answered. also rang 10 times two days ago and phone eventually rang out on me. When staff member from the second store finally answered I was told that they were aware of the problem but as yet nothing has been done to rectify it.

No help with faulty phone
Purchased a Motorola Phone from Officeworks which developed a major fault, Phone is still under warranty however when I went back to the store they said "not our problem as we don't deal with faulty phones purchased from our stores... you have to sort it out with Motorola yourself". poor & dismissive customer service

Waste of time
I just spent an hour trying to print some photos through their wireless printing facility and it just didn’t work - I tried three times and every time the app froze- the staff were helpful but the technology just isn’t up to the job

I placed an order online. I did not receive order confirmation email as stated. The full amount was deducted from my bank account immediately. Received email to say my order needed to be verified. Forty minutes later my order was rejected. When I called to ask why, Officeworks was unable to provide an explanation. riminal that the money can leave my account so quickly but not return in the same manner. Also that transaction was declined by Officeworks third party provider AFTER they took my money. Horrible Experience

Insane shipping costs
I tend to drop in to the physical store if I'm passing through, but it's about 40 minutes away in the next town over. I order most things online, and I have found myself on multiple occasions putting items in my cart from Officeworks and then not purchasing when I'm reminded of the $26 dollar delivery fee for "country" delivery. It's not like they have their own drivers delivering it! The one time I did order something and coughed up the payment it came via Australia post. This was an item under 500g. $26 dollars. Online store was great but don't get it packed and delivered.
Box was left in front of my garage door 30m from my front door in the rain. Box was upside down with bottom unsealed and facing up. It was my sons entire school list. Not sure if the bottom gave way so they just tipped it upside down because goods were all over the place inside the box. Items that should have stayed flat were curled around side of other items.Box was 3x the size of goods without any filler to minimise movement. My click and collect never arrives at my designated store. Looking at Officeworks tracking I see that the item has been “picked” at the wharehouse but delivery gets pushed back daily. This has been going on for over one month. What is going on? Impossible to phone Officeworks, they have turned off their phones and emails don’t get answered. Come on! Other companies are doing better than this despite Covid 19.

Yeah I experienced what you are experiencing at the moment, you can't phone the specific shop where you ordered your items. I emailed Officeworks but of no avail. All you can do is call 1300 OFFICE (633 423). That is their customer service hotline, it would take forever before someone attends to you but just wait. It took me roughly 30 minutes before a customer service representative assisted me with my inquiry. Good luck mate! Hope you get your items sorted.
