Why has my speed being slowed down to a ridiculously slow speed the last 3days....And it’s not congestion or Covid as I have my phone on OVO also and it’s speed is still the same.......
Can’t even play Xbox now....I pay $80 a month for 4G 250gb and up until 3 days ago was reasonably happy with it.....
Speed tests are approx 3mbps or less downloads and 12mbps or higher upload which is INSANE
My phone is still doing 30mbps+ or higher with the same upload as my data sim.
Please stop slowing my speed ASAP or I will go elsewhere.....it’s almost like I’ve been slowed down for the EASTER long weekend

Can you check an OVO mobile's message/voicemail from an external source? Like ring in and hear the messages from another phone (not on Ovo), using your PIN?

I was just searching for the same info and went onto the chat feature on their website. The answer is
To turn off voicemail just dial and call these two numbers, one after the other;
Dial ##002#
Dial ##21#
Once you have done this, make sure you restart your phone to ensure the changes are saved correctly! :)

Being told by your customer service that my high school son can recharge his same mobile number account twice in two weeks plus a top up even though his account is under my main account. He told me he use his mobile app to recharge and top up. I have change the password two months ago. But once you recharge, you are suppose to get 30 days, so how come he can recharge twice in two weeks? Doesn't a red flag pop up to contact the parents about this? If this possible...OVO

Have a OVO sim for my son's phone. Calls to and from the number provided with the sim, no problem. But iMessages come though as coming from a different phone number (NSW number?) Any idea why this happens?
