Ozito 35l wet and dry vacuum bad customer service
Bought the above vacuum from Bunnings there are thousands being sold Australia wide and there are no replacement bags. Contacted Ozito Melbourne on the Tuesday the girl promised to send me some replacement bags and ring to advise when sent. Rang again Wednesday she was still organising it and would get back to me. Rang again Monday sorry phones and internet weren't working Thursday and Friday so I couldn't contact you did I believe her NO. When will my replacement bags arrive,. Sorry we aren't sending any and it will be 3 -4 weeks before Bunnings have stock you can either return the vacuum for a credit or wait for the bags to be stocked. Don't promise service that you have no intention of providing. Very disappointing.
Purchased in June 2021 at Bunnings Warehouse.
