Seamless. Easy. Would use again. Package collected at the very end of guided time and there was no digital communication other than a knock on the door. That could be improved. Positive overall. Very fast delivery too.

Jenny at Pack & Send Macaky made sending my boxes to Brisbane so very easy. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Their level of service was without fault and I felt confident that my boxes would arrive safely and in a timely manner, which they did!

I was the receiver but filled all the information in with help from the sender. Website was easy to understand and delivery was fast and it was dropped off at local post office.

The courier didn’t arrive on the selected date but was in the middle of floods/rains in NSW. Great option to drop it in the city instead of wait for the courier.

Easy to use website, quick quotes and great service. So much better than a competitor I used recently. I emailed about a preferred pick up time and was emailed back quickly. The pricing was comparable to Aus Post and much faster and easier for both sender and receiver

Did an online quote and it all went off with out a hitch. Both sender and receiver are very happy. Pickup was very efficient and delivery was completed with in the time quoted.

I delivered the consignment to store and it was weighed and packed and sent that afternoon without any dramas.the tracking number and con note was emailed through straight away without any dramas

Easy to book online and drop off to local Pack and Send office. Good value! Received my parcel within allotted time, from Qld to WA, considering all the problems with infrastructure between the east and west coast due to flooding etc. Parcel arrived in good condition.

Reached on time . The pack and send receiving people were so friendly and helpful . Leonie got the bags carried in to the premise seeing that my mother was elderly . They were very patient with us .
On the receiving side, it was delivered to the door .

Worst courier service I ever encountered. One week after the after the promised pickup day there is still no sign of a pickup courier. My Email complaint only generated a generic reply stating that an enquiry has been lodged.

I was both the sender and receiver. Packaged was picked up next business day after booking.
Package arrived within 3 days and in perfect condition.
Tracking information was pretty good and was updated regulary.

I rocked up with my big home made bike box after booking and paying online and they greeted me kindly, whacked on a bit of special strong tape and extra cardboard, told me my weight estimate was not critical, and that was it. It arrived safe and sound in quick time, and I would use these guys again. Last time I used them it was the same deal. I’m a fan.

The dimensions taken into account when I was charged extra were larger. It was measure two ways before taking it to pack and send. other companies have never done this
