Great prices and service
I love shopping at my local Paws Express. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable and the fact that the prices are simply the best to be found, serious bonus!

Terrible service.
I ordered 2 bags of catfood which were want to be delivered the next day. After not receiving I rang and was informed one item was on back order and nothing was being delivered til the next week. Then being rushed off the phone by the young gentleman he had refunded me the back order and sent what they had in stock. I was a bit taken back by his abruptness but happy by it being fixed. one that had didn't want to touch it anymore. I checked the ingredients list to find whole heap of added vitamins like 4 real ingredients one being garlic. No wonder why my cats weren't eating it! So now at this point whoever is handling my emails is making me feel stupid. I still not received a refund for the meals for meows and I still have not been told what to do with the packet of cat food. I am getting really sick and tired with this service. Perfect
Amazing service, product arrives the day after I order. Definitely the cheapest I can find anywhere. On the odd occasion where I ba e ordered something out of stock I receive a phone call within an hour of placing my order to offer alternatives

Awesome Service and great prices too
I have been purchasing from the online store for about a year now and the service has been great, with Chris or Jayden getting back to me very promptly.
I only recently found out they have opened a physical store in Moonee Ponds, which is close to my place. The service was great there too and they already have my customer details (and points), ready to go!

Flawless. Simply flawless.
Have now ordered for the third time from pawsexpress.com.au.
Each time, the product ordered has been the cheapest I have seen, online or off. Twice we have ordered specialty dog food (our dog is on a joints diet) and another time for her worming tablets.
Each time, I have received delivery the day after ordering. The items are always well packed so they arrive in perfect condition. (Credit to the couriers too, as there hasn't even been a dent on the external packaging!).

Excellent service and pricing
I placed my order late on a Friday (in Adelaide) and received my order on Monday afternoon. I found that one item was missing, and I emailed Paws Express to let them know - and also to thank them for the fast delivery! I received a call back at 9am the next day with an apology and a promise to express post the missing item. I received it the next day. I think that the quality of a service shows not only when things go right, but also when they go wrong. Cannot fault Paws Express. Customer service, courtesy, efficiency and pricing are exceptional. I literally pay less for my cat's food than I would if I went to a large pet store less than 3km away, and it's easier!

best service ever
I discovered paws express a while ago and wouldn't purchase my dogs food from anywhere else now. Excellent prices and service. Love the fact that I get paws points. I have ordered twice now and can not fault the price or delivery experience. I am over the moon with the product and service.
