Order turned up - better late than ...
Thought this was an Australian shop and Co, Ordered 26/4 really worried after seeing reviews and ordered from Pet Circle same Time. Pet Circled updated my tracking as order was packed loaded and arrived in 5 days . Petology didn’t return emails, tracking no nowhere to be found their phone was cut off really thought I’d done my money to a scam. Order turned up today 21/5 amazed as I had given up hope.

No communication & no products received
2 weeks after placing over a $100 order, complained to Petology that our order had not arrived; no response from them & no products received. Will have to take it up with my bank as they are clearly a scam site.

Wish I could rate 0 stars - Do not purchase from this company
I ordered an item from Petology online on 21st April, after a lengthy delay the order was finally picked up by Couriers Please on 1st May. As per the tracking information given by Couriers Please the item made it all the way to the Gold Coast on 3rd May before the couriers returned it to the sender stating 'refused - damaged on arrive' This in itself is confusing as I never laid eyes on the item to refuse it on delivery! tology signed for the item on 8th May at 8.09am and I have not heard a thing from them as to if I will be issued a refund or if they will send a replacement item. I emailed Petology on 7th May alerting them to the fact the item was on it's way back to them to which I got the generic 'your message has been lodged and given a ticket number' - with low importance mind you. No response. Emailed again two days later on 9th May again asking what would be happening now they have had the item returned to them, again issued a ticket number - with low importance, but again, no response. Cannot contact via phone as their website states they are currently in the middle of a warehouse move and their phones are disconnected. Unbelievable
I ordered a product on 10 April as a birthday present for my 6 year old grandson. I sent an order follow up email on 22 April way after my grandson's birthday and received an automated email acknowledging my inquiry but also saying "not urgent". Service is woeful
On April 26 I made an order with Petology that has an ‘au’ domain. The parcel was paid and confirmed same day for regular shipping that is free. I am assuming this is all within Australia. Despite contacting them day 7 and they would follow up with me, that has not happened and nothing has arrived so far on day 8 with a few more hours to go. The parcel tracker says shipped but nothing more. e that a business take’s the money and then drops the customer in the queue and tells them. They should be upfront about this. Generally business is such if you pay money for product you are handed the product or in this instance it is posted. What they need to do is disclose before the customer hits the enter button when to expect delivery. A week on I see after ordering there is some notification they are changing warehouse. If this is part of the problem it should not be the customer’s particularly if they are taking the money! It is unlikely I will be ordering from them again and I urge you to reconsider doing the same based on the above and looking at 76 one star ratings on Product Review against seven 3 stars and above, I would now say stay right away.Similar opinion? Don't order from Petology!!!!
Never received my order after 1 month. Didn't respond to my emails and phone disconnected. Couriers please tracking number was invalid also. Don't order from Petology. This is more than likely a scam. Don't trust them with your money.

Online purchase nightmare
I ordered an aquarium starter pack for my grandson's sixth birthday three weeks prior. It's now 2 weeks past the day and no delivery yet. My grandson now thinks I lied to him. Several follow up emails and no response as they are relocating the warehouse. Surely they still have access to email if their bank account is accepting money from unfortunate "customers". No response to telephone calls. Not sure who monitors online trade compliance. I am going to check with ATO and other Government agencies. Let's keep the pressure on. I can't rate this company as there is no negative star

Do not order from Petology
I agree with all that's being said - do *NOT* order from this company.
I should have done my research before I ordered Royal Canine dog food in January. Payment was taken but food was not delivered. After several unsuccessful attempts to contact the company I finally started the refund process with PayPal. Not even PayPal managed to get a response from the company - so I got the refund from PayPal (I was surprised how easy that was). PayPal 1 - Petology 0!
How is it possible the company is still in business? And - whilst PayPal handled the case quickly - I wonder why PayPal still takes payments for this company (based on comments PayPal had to make many refunds)?

Dreadful service. Don't purchase anything from this company.
Ordered a bag of dog food in January, after I didn't receive it within the timeframe indicated, I contacted the company directly asking where the product was. After several attempts contacting the company, including calling the phone number that "might not work because they're mid warehouse move", and never hearing back, I contacted the ACCC to report them. I have also lodged a claim to receive the money back as I have lost $100.

SELLER REVIEWS 1.7 OUT OF 5 FOR A REASON - BEWARE
Ouch - just read all the reviews after ordering some fish tank equipment and not receiving it. Called Couriers Please (who Petology claim are their courier company) and quoted the number that they provided me on the tracking email - Couriers Please don't recognise their consignment numbers. Reported to PayPal. Buyer beware, these guys appear to be a scam. Phone numbers on the website are not answered - email queries are not responded to. They claim that they are moving warehouses so the phones are off, but according to other reviews, this has been going on for weeks (and it's pretty easy to divert your business phone). I'm following up with PayPal.

Luckily PayPal got involved. Refund received.

Experience: Product marked as processing after 2 months, no communication
I placed my order for dog food (Royal Canine Dermacomfort) on 13/01/2019. The online store showed that they had it in stock (despite a national shortage).
Understanding there was a shortage and being considerate of the message posted at the top of the site stating that they are moving warehouses, I waited 1 month before lodging my first inquiring through the online system (the listed phone number is disconnected).

Do not buy from PETOLOGY
Ordered my products paid $198 received no confirmation emails for my order.
I emailed and sent them messages on Facebook with no response.
I have contacted my bank to activate a dispute... now waiting to hear..
I would recommend not buying from this company... You pay, hear nothing and dont get your product!

Never sent, scam company.
I ordered a dog costume 25th Jan, 2 weeks before I would need for it, as the seller was in the same state I thought no issues. After 2 weeks had past and I received no despatch email I sent them an email requesting they cancel the order as no use now as they couldn’t send in time. You can not contact this company by phone. In their last email I checked the supposed “ Courier Please” website, there is no verification that that despatch number they supposedly used for my order was used to send an order to me, it states an item was delivered, no dates or addresses so it could belong to any order and they send it out in emails to try and make excuses for themselves. Poor comms, but Item arrived within a week.
I ordered some health support powder for urgent use from Petology based on price point before reading any reviews. After reading reviews I was full of anxiety and doubt as to whether or when my purchase would arrive. I contacted Petology via Paypal, via email and via their website and there was no response. When I received a tracking number I was still full of doubt, especially when it did not show straight away that there was a package. However, my anxiety was not needed. The only thing that could have been better was a reassuring communication somewhere along the way, and a few more reviews from people that had received their order without trouble or delay.

Beware SCAM!
This is clearly a scam website. If only I had read the reviews before I purchased. The phone number doesn't work. Note says on website that their new phones aren't connected yet. This was the first hint that something was wrong. The tracking number provided was not valid. The phone contact details for the seller from PayPal were also not working. Please save yourself grief and order elsewhere. These guys are thieves.

Don't buy from Petology
I placed an order on 9 January 2022. I have not received my dog food yet. I tried to contact several times even by Paypal and I didn't received a reply. I have placed a dispute to be reimbursed.
They stated on their website that your order will be dispatched within 48 hours and you will be contact if there is a delayed.
I haven't have this sort of problem buying dog food from other Australian companies.

Like everyone else I believe I have been scammed. Tried to contact by email numerous times, 1st time automated reply saying they would be in touch but marked low priority, then no acknowledgement at all, phone disconnected. Today I received a review form from them for the product I havent received ???
