We bought this toothbrush and the product itself is great. It cleans very well and we were very happy with it. Unfortunately, after about 12 months it stopped being as powerful as it should have been. We tried to fix it ourselves every month or so to keep it working the way it should. Just now a metal part inside the brush broke and it has become unfixable. Time to move over to a better brand like Foreo.

Noticeable difference on stains within days, visibly whiter teeth. And my teeth feel super clean I have recromended this product to everyone I know I absolutely love it thank you philips

Initially loved this brush. It does a great job of cleaning our teeth and is generally just nice to use. But it has recently started to stop/start as we use it. The occilation has become weaker also. I contacted Philips last week to see if there was something that could be done to assist us. Sadly they have not responded in anyway, other then saying they would contact me within two business days.

This toothbrush is really good at keeping my teeth really clean. My dentist says they have never been cleaner. It wasn’t cheap, but you have to pay for great quality. I love the fact a full charge will last for two weeks. You can easily get the toothbrush heads at Harvey Norman too. I’m really happy with it.

This electric toothbrush has improved my overall oral health dramatically. I love how easily it charges, the settings and the feel on the brush in hand. It is the best electric toothbrush I’ve ever used. Won’t go back to anything else!

This is such a great product - expensive but worth every cent. Teeth and gums have never been healthier, and the charging options are great, especially for someone who travels a lot. We have had recently dealt with Philips customer service on something too and they were faultless. Couldn't recommend more.

I have used other brand’s electric tooth brush, but found that this is the best! Easy to use, so refreshing and I love the design too. I highly recommend this product.

Does a great job on cleaning teeth. The actual toothbrush head does not last very long. First one lasted right at 2 years second one lasted 1 year one week.

Love the brush! The brush has about many use and functions. Easy to clean and polish my teeth. It is lovely that it also had a function for sensitive teeth!

Well, i loved the sonic, the pulse and the smooth design. After 2 models in which both broke after 1 year, i am leaving for oral b. Too bad, liked it (when it worked)

I like this toothbrush a lot. Cleans teeth very well. Sleek, elegant design. Comes with a travel charger case. Battery life lasts as long as advertised. Quieter compared to other electric toothbrushes. There are several brushing modes but I can't be bothered with them. I just use the standard one. The biggest downside of this toothbrush is that replacement brush heads are expensive. But there are a lot of non-Philips replacement brush heads available at cheap price. You just have to find the right one that suits.

Well I purchased 4x Philips Sonicare DiamondClean for myself and family and whilst we had great results one of the units stopped working just outside warranty. Philips would only offer a replacement at a higher price than what I could purchase from a number of retail outlets. I would expect that after spending over $1,200 and being a loyal & supportive customer there would be a more appealing resolution than that. I will be sourcing from a more customer friendly company in the future. Very disappointed.

A friend owned on of these so I spent the $$$ and purchased in July 2015. Worked fantastic at first and I loved it!
However after a year the head starting vibrating off the top of the base unit - I contacted Phillips and they were awesome and I sent it back and was given a replacement unit.
Again, this worked for a couple of months and then started doing it again... I contacted the Phillips team and again I sent back the base unit. They then returned it and had done nothing ! I'm back to my manual toothbrush OR I may just purchase another Oral B electric toothbrush which I never had any type of issues with... pity as Phillips is such a great branch and this toothbrush cost me a signature amount of cash...

I love this machine! I have used many electric toothbrushes but this one is by far the best. I have dental implants so I need a great toothbrush. I also use this in conjunction with the Waterpik ultra and my teeth feel amazing! the toothbrush is soooo powerful and has so many settings! I love the charging glass cup and the travel case.

I purchased one of these toothbrushes, it cleaned by teeth very well but just before it went out of warranty it started not holding the charge and turning itself on and going through the settings. I contacted Philips who kindly replaced the hand unit but this one now after the same time period is doing the same thing, turning itself on & off as it desires. I contacted Philips again who stated I was unlucky as it has a 3% failure rate...but twice it leaves one wondering as to the quality of the product
