Item was exactly as described, faultless condition. Easy online ordering and quick delivery. I have been using this device daily for over two weeks now with no problems. I wanted another Tab S5e as I have the keyboard case and other accessories. PhoneBots price was less than the screen repair quoted by Samsung for my old one. I was happy to get an iPhone 13 mini from. Phonebot.not easy to find second hand on line.The process of buying it was simple and easy..It was a good price.It was advertised as "Like new" and that was accurate.very happy with the purchase.iwould recommend phonebot.It came with a charger and protective cover and screen protector.
The only slight problem I had was that the phone wasn't completely erased and once I did that, it all worked out fine.

You will be sold a foreign handset without any knowledge of this or any say in the matter.

The handset was in the scratchless quality stated, it seems to be working (so far, on tested bands) but I can't reward dishonest marketing with any more than a single star. If they're willing to deceive customers about the origins of their phones then they are clearly capable of any other kind of deception to make buck.

I was dubious of SOME of the negative reviews here, now I am more inclined to believe ...

The phone that I bought was 'slightly used' so I was expecting some scuff marks but it arrived in perfect condition. It was also advertised in a different colour, but I ended up getting what I really wanted anyway so I couldn't be happier! Thank you Phonebot!!!

It didn’t take long for me to get my phone sent

Bought a Asus rog 5 - B quality black for 780.
Since the black phones were out of stock, Phonebot got in contact and offered a white (which I agreed to and am very happy with the product I received)

The shipping and customer service is quick
- the phone I received seemed more like an A grade/like new than a b grade.
-battery life is excellent
-performance is great as expected of an Asus rog phone.
-the packaging they provide looks great and comes with complimentary USB charging cable and USB to wall adaptor.

They also provide 6 months warranty on this model.

Purchased a iPad that was refurbished and saved a tremendous amount from new price. Was a little worried but extremely happy when I got the iPad.
