The installers Miled & Jeremy N, arrived on time and were professional in their work and cleaned up any mess they made and after all finished ran through the procedure of how to operate unit, and said if I had any further questions or issues left a number via a fridge magnet, couldn't have been more satisfied, well done boys !!!

Plum were able to come in two days from me booking, then they had a cancellation and came the next day. Other companies said they would come and didn’t show up. Plum’s over the phone quote was accurate and the Technicians had the parts needed in their van. Shiva and Shaun were the Techs and they were polite and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Plum and will use them again if needed.

I recently had an older unit swapped out with an updated one. Thankyou to Luke, Shiva and the team, they took the time to answer my questions and explain the job, the team got the job done in the time frame they said they would get it done. This is the 3rd time I've used Plumb in 9 years to do upgrades and maintenance and wouldn't think of going anywhere else - thanks guys !

We could not be happier with Plum Heating and Cooling there friendly service and advice was 2nd to none Aaron and Mitch (i think sorry if wrong mate) were excellent couldn't fault if we tried they arrived at the booked time ripped the old unit out on the roof and replaced with a brand new unit Aaron was very good in instructing me on how to operate the new unit they cleaned up everything were gone in just over 2 hours highly recommend you to anyone works a treat as well job well done one and all.

Unit is old, but Shiva it sorted out. Most grateful for his persistence and knowledge. Will certainly use Plum again.

Good quality Air Conditioner and excellent presales service but very lazy, unprofessional installation lacking common sense. When you put your trust in “specialists” you expect them to do a good job, give the right advice and ask the right questions.

Plum heating and cooling company installed a new evaporate cooling system in my house. Installer staff were very fast, on time, clean and so friendly. They did perfect job. Also excellent communication from office staff. Highly recommended Plum Heating and cooling company.

I have been using Plum Heating and Cooling for 10 years now and they still give excellent service, they ring before coming to advise you when they will arrive, the service gentleman today also advlsed me of upcoming repairs and what to expect it will cost in advance, this gives me plenty of time to save up for it. Can’t speak more highly of them. (I only got evaporative from them but have been getting them to service heater and aircon.) always polite and friendly.

The service technician Shiva called ahead on when he was arriving and arrived at that time. He was very courteous, pleasant and professional. The job was finished promptly and the area was left clean. He explained to me what was going to be done and I would recommend him due to his excellent service.
