Good quality Air Conditioner and excellent presales service but very lazy, unprofessional installation lacking common sense. When you put your trust in “specialists” you expect them to do a good job, give the right advice and ask the right questions.

Plum heating and cooling company installed a new evaporate cooling system in my house. Installer staff were very fast, on time, clean and so friendly. They did perfect job. Also excellent communication from office staff. Highly recommended Plum Heating and cooling company.

I have been using Plum Heating and Cooling for 10 years now and they still give excellent service, they ring before coming to advise you when they will arrive, the service gentleman today also advlsed me of upcoming repairs and what to expect it will cost in advance, this gives me plenty of time to save up for it. Can’t speak more highly of them. (I only got evaporative from them but have been getting them to service heater and aircon.) always polite and friendly.

The service technician Shiva called ahead on when he was arriving and arrived at that time. He was very courteous, pleasant and professional. The job was finished promptly and the area was left clean. He explained to me what was going to be done and I would recommend him due to his excellent service.

I have used this company many times over the years. Int he last year they have installed both an evaporative unit as well as a split unit. Every single time I have made contact they have been professional and friendly. The service team and installers have the same attributes. I would not hesitate to recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs and I will be a return customer with regular servicing of both my heating and cooling units.

Shiva serviced our split system and was punctual, courteous and friendly. He also replaced worn parts.
He explained the issues well and advised on the best action to take.
I am happy to recommend him for any air conditioning service and installation.

we had a cooler installed by plum many years ago and it was now time for a new one so we went back to someone we knew all went well came on time an installed the new one without any trouble all good, had it up in no time . the guys were great.

I had plum install my aircon,we get them to service it yearly,they always do a great job, I wouldn’t get anyone else.

Had my gas heater scheduled for a service this morning. The service technician scheduled to do my job called in sick but the Plum H&C customer service person went out of her way to get someone else to my job. James, the service technician was very polite, efficient and friendly - the dogs (always a good judge of character) loved him. Job well done - thank you

We just had a 6 star Brivis ducted gas heater installed the guys were fantastic, super efficient, extremely polite and helpful. Well done boys awesome job many thanks. We had a major problem with our unit & tech man Shiva quickly analysed the problem. After the parts came in he quickly fixed the unit. Shiva was very courteous to us by way of calling to let us know how far away he was both times he came. He was a nice man to deal with. Overall we were very happy with the service from Plum.

Over the past 12 months I have had cause to have a fair amount of maintenance done in and around my house. have had problems with tradesman being on time or even showing up at all. A lot didn't even bother to return my calls. Plum Heating and Cooling replied promptly, arranged a quote visit and the necessary repairs within timely parameters. At all times I was kept updated via emails and all staff that I met or was involved with were courteous and professional. Certainly a breath of fresh air.

Our heating and cooling problem with our 11+ year old Hitachi inverter system started with worn out filters, followed by a faulty sensor, followed by a gas leak and eventually regassing of the whole system. Shiva worked systematically to find and successfully address each of those problems, explaining each time the problem, the solution and the likely cost. He was always on time, friendly and courteous throughout the many hours it took to overcome all of the problems. Hopefully we will not need Shiva back again for many years, but are more than happy to recommend both him and Plum for their thoroughly professional services.

Have just had evap Cooling and ducted Heating fully replaced. Found Plum extremely easy to deal with from initial contact until job completion. Would highly recommend Plum Heating and Cooling, Point Cook in the future. The whole process was made easy.

Plum Heating were very professional and efficient when it came to getting a quote and installation. All staff were friendly and when installing the heating unit, they left no mess,were very careful and took the old unit away for us. When giving a quote, they explained what had to be done and what unit best suited the size of our home.Will definitely use them again for servicing our heating and cooling system.
