Poolwerx in Mundaring and Kalamunda offer a great friendly and professional service. I discovered them just 3 months ago and they have quickly earned my trust. They don't sell product unless you need it. With them it's obviously about building a relationship.

Called to book a silver package very keen on the phone made at time for Thursday 11/02/22 at between 3 and 4 was told he would call in advance to advice when he will arrive, 3pm came no call so I called him no answer I left message I texted him no response I called again no response it’s now 24 hours after he was supposed to show not even a phone call or text back to apologies. Used Poolwerx servicing for 2 years for monthly servicing and have finally after the three strikes over that time. On almost every second service I had to check whether they’d neglected to turn the automated chlorination and filter back on after the service after noticing the pool starting to go a little clouded. This was a persistent ongoing frustration, furthermore I had my timings set to run overnight for off-peak power and noted they changed it to occur during the day almost every time. Finally they failed to show up for 2 consecutive month...

Service is terrible.They promise to call you back but never do.Put a deposit upfront on a warranty job and took mw 3 weeks and numerous phone calls to get my money back.

The shop staff and owner are very friendly, professional, easy to talk to and understand and extremely informative, they helped me with all my pool needs, including some repairs, new equipment and they even helped me service the pool by their trustworthy pool technicians whom where very polite and ontime guys, they took pride in their job always smiling, they gave me heaps of excellent and reliable advice, was very reasonable pricing overall, with some good quality equipment and chemicals!
I felt like i was in the right hands and in the end my pool has never looked so crystal clear ! Definitely using these guys regularly!!!

My chlorinator stopped working and Poolwerx came to fix the problem. They made a service call and fixed it.
Three months and 18 days later the chlorinator stopped working again.
I rang them to get them to come out again and Karin (from Poolwerx) emailed me and stated that it is "outside the 3 month warranty period" and thus it will be charged as a standard "call out fee and time + materials". Nowhere on their website or on their service report is it stated there is a "3 month warranty".

Absolutely disgusted, they don’t answer calls or emails, tried several times and nothing, highly not recommended, very disappointed, they shouldn’t be in business if they can’t answer their phone or emails..

We were force to use use Poolwerx to service our pool.
Poolwerx pool chemicals are at-least 100% more expensive then elsewhere. quick search found the attached, Real-estate agents/Rental manager get a kick back from the total monthly expenditure that Poolwerx performs for tenants/landlord managed by them.
Another note, Read down below, Poolwerx provides the standard email address to contact, however no one is receiving any reply/followup. Stay clear, you've been warned.

Hired to do a casual pool clean and had a bad experience.

1. Asked for a deposit upfront for a casual pool clean, and gave me the wrong bank account details for the transfer, to which I sent money to.
2. Said it would either be a casual pool clean or a green pool clean, but then blatantly tried to charge me for both.
3. Apparently unnecessary chemical use - both visits used a clarifier, despite the report saying the pool was clear already, using large amounts of acid on the first visit, then alkalineser on the second, etc. All without any atte...

After removing the cover this year, there was a lot of debris swimming around, but thank God not a real green pool. Had Poolwerx coming in who used chlorine, lanthanum and stabilizer. They came back 4 times in total over about a week and now the pool is sparkling bright again. However, at over 600 $ it burnt a hole in my wallet. Wonder if this is a normal price for cleaning debris, algae.
Will next time try it myself.

I was quoted $45 service fee. The pool had been serviced by another company a week before. I made the mistake of giving them my credit card and was charged $170. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I used Poolwerx for just over two years to service my 3 x4 mtr pool, I know nothing about pools and hired this service to clean my pool fortnightly to four weekly depending on seasonality - I now know that it was not required to fortnightly clean, the level of service was friendly and chatty but the work I always had doubts about, however I did not have anything to compare this against.
