I purchased a generic replacement cell and an LM3 chlorinator output cable. I first made a query over the phone and later ordered online. The online tracking showed it was picked and dispatched within a couple of hours. It was delivered in a couple of days. They then followed up with an email asking if everything arrived OK and if I had any questions about installation. Their service has been one of the best I encountered when purchasing online. Staff were great when I called told me the correct pump to order and said it would not require any changes to the piping. It arrived in 4 days and as they said fitted exactly, it took less than a minute to change over. !!and works great. Best of all it was about $300 cheaper than getting from my local pool shop.

Our last Zodiac lasted 20 years and it's still working but it is tired and worn. So it required replacement.
Went online shopping for a Zodiac replacement and found Best Pool Supplies had the lowest price and also offered a discount. Placed an order in the evening and next morning received an email it had been shipped, they must have just opened as it was early. They had tracking on a Fast Way Courier service. It arrived rather fast with no problems at all. Best Pool Supplies then emailed to make sure we got the Zodiac and offered any assistance if required.

Normally I would winterize the pool at this time of year, but with self isolation it has been a boon.
It's been chilly under the water but I find with the sun on my back and my legs moving furiously to my favourite music track .. I've really enjoyed this extended season. I might not have known the salt cell needed replacing if I had not been maintaining it so regularly. And then Best Pool Supplies responded so promptly to my order of a new salt cell, ordered and delivered in efficient time .. I've hardly skipped a beat in the pool.

Bought Solar Controller and Onga pump prices were very good and dispatch and delivery very quick. Pool pump was accidentally sent wrong size and I could talk to someone by telephone and within 2 hours I had a return authority and replacement pump dispatched. Best pools even followed up, by email, when I hadn't received the correct pump within a timely manner. Not there fault the couriers had delayed it in transit (tracking number supplied). Excellent customer service.
