Bought Solar Controller and Onga pump prices were very good and dispatch and delivery very quick. Pool pump was accidentally sent wrong size and I could talk to someone by telephone and within 2 hours I had a return authority and replacement pump dispatched. Best pools even followed up, by email, when I hadn't received the correct pump within a timely manner. Not there fault the couriers had delayed it in transit (tracking number supplied). Excellent customer service.

Bought hammerhead creepy crawly. Best Pool supplies had the best price by far plus they threw in extras. Delivery was only a few days even though it was interstate. Would thoroughly recommend on my experience.

I use the pool daily and have been wasting loads of time vacuuming. I decided that maybe I needed a new filter cartridge and ordered the Waterco CC75 from Best Pool Supplies. Upon changing over the cartridges, my vacuum cleaner covered the whole pool in one filter session. I am impressed with the change in vacuuming capabilities. The free gift (a high power nozzle) works wonders in cleaning the cartridge.

Shopped around and found they had the best price by far. Order Monday morning and pool cleaner arrived at 8am the next morning. Will use again and would recommend them to anyone.

Emails were sent advising of the delivery status from dispatch to delivery and Best Pool Supplies then followed up to make sure that their were no issues with the cell

Bought a bestway pool from this website couple months ago and delivery was quick. Couple weeks ago for some reason the legs gave in during heavy rain and windy weather. Emailed them to see if there is any warranty to replace the damaged legs and there reply was ‘unfortunately it wasn’t warrantable but they’ll contact the manufacturers with my situation and see what they will say’. They replied within a couple days saying the manufacturers agree to replace the legs for free and free delivery. This is what I call customer service. Not there problem but they go out of their way to see if they can still help and they did. Thank you to Nick and bestway pools for all your help.
