I use the pool every day for about 20 minutes, The cover is the secret for maintaining temperature and keeping the water clean.More importantly the unit does everything it claims to do.The online nature of the whole purchasing and payment thing concerned me a bit, but Trent at Spa World Dandenong was very helpfull.Delivery and set up took one day.Advice on operation is only an E mail away

We purchased a vortex palladium spa from spa world at Fyshwick, Elaine was just awesome!! She helped us right through the process from choosing the right spa to when we got in it. She is always happy to help with any of my questions and we can’t thank her enough. So if anyone is thinking of buying a spa I would recommend you drop in to see her.

I would love to say this company has been amazing, but it has not.
september 2015, I was at the Adelaide Show, promised a refund or a smaller spa if the spa wouldn't fit the area... After contacting them 107 times in the past 5 years, still no refund or smaller spa. I have sent registered post and facebook messages. I was also promised someone would get back to me, they NEVER do. Horrific experience.

Do not buy from them.

I purchased the spa pool fro Spa World Fyshwick ACT. The salesperson Elaine was so knowledgeable and helpful we purchased on the spot without looking further. It was in before Christmas and we have used more times in one year than our previous pool in ten years.
I did have a couple of issues with pumps however after sales service was impeccable and the problem was rectified expeditiously.

After our last holiday we decided we needed a pool at home, but couldn’t for a few reasons, (space, rock ). We discovered the concept of a Swim Spa while watching The Chase, and went straight to Spa World to take a look. Elaine answered all of our questions and more and we have since taken delivery of our Vortex Aqualap Pro Plus.
The delivery team did an amazing job getting it over the fence and into a tight spot and even came on a Sunday after rain stopped play on the Friday.
We have been at home all day everyday since delivery, so it has saved our sanity. A fantastic investment we are so, so happy about.

Our Vortex swim spa is better then we had ever expected!! We ordered in on the Monday and it was delivered and installed on the Friday! Elaine was very thorough and helpful and even checked in a couple of weeks after to see if we needed any further assistance!

We purchased our Vortex SwimSpa from Elaine @ SpaWorld Fyshwick and love love love it! We’re in it practically everyday, and it’s really easy to maintain. Elaine was awesome and looked after us, the team were great with delivery before lockdown which is greatly appreciated! Any questions I’ve had Elaine has had the solutions straight away. We use the spa between five or six times a week for approximately 30 mins.
Very easy to maintain - including balancing the water quality and cleaning.
Elaine was very informative and extremely helpful from day one. The delivery and installation of the spa was complex due to the property location on a busy main street and also having to manoeuvre the spa between trees with a small crane to its final destination. The process was seamless and Elaine called before, during and after the installation to confirm it all went well. She has called since to check if it is working well and we are enjoying it. 5* :)

Elaine from spa world Fyshwick gave us honest information and we ended up purchasing a cobalt spa the same day. From purchase to delivery everything was as discussed. We had an issue recently with the spa and Elaine new exactly how to fix the issue. Very happy customer.

Elaine was so friendly and knows her stuff with the spas. As it is just my husband and I we were looking at buying a small to medium size spa. Elaine was not trying to up sell us at all but just suggested my husband sit in the seat with the full shoulder and back massage function. He is a tall guy and as it turned out he did not fit in this seat in the spa we were looking at! We now have the perfect spa, quickly delivered and it’s all set up ready to use..happiness all around!!

If you are seeking the best in customer service from someone who really knows her business and products then get on down to Spa World Fyshwick and see Elaine. No question was unanswered, even from our 10 yr old. The right spa for us was/is the spectrum hydro plus. The fires over Christmas /New Year saw us delay delivery for safety reasons which was no problem, great followup from the whole team. The delivery guys were great, spa perfectly positioned and easy to follow instructions to set it up. Elaine’s followup was spot on. Can’t recommend Spa world highly enough & we can’t imagine life without our spa. The hard part now is getting out!

I don't have a strong opinion of Spa World spas/products specifically, but if they recommend a builder who can build the outdoor area for your spa, don't expect Spa World to help when things go pear shaped and you end up thousands extra out of pocket.

We have our Hydrozone swim spa Avante up and running,and it's trick.From sitting in the spa end, lounging back playing some tunes.To doing a 'piggy' into the swim zone and doing a few strokes to be followed by a 'cold one' leaning over the side taking in our view, is exactly what we needed in our way to overworked and busy lifestyle. Spa World has been very professional and helpful from the get-go. Elaine was very knowledgeable, honest and friendly in explaining features of pool spa and 'best fit' for us. She followed up quickly on matters when we had a change of plans after we put a deposit on spa and kept us apprised of how things were going before delivery. Installation was handled very well and slight crack at bottom of one strap was noted by installer and fixed when technician came to install heat pump. Can thoroughly recommend Spa World.
