We saw the 2-person Gemini spa at the Royal Easter Show in Sydney. We didn't even know such a thing existed. We love it, especially as we live in a unit and space is limited. We use it every day. Our Sales guy, Craig Fairbairn, was very knowledgable and helpful throughout our buying and installation experience. Had a great Spa World experience!

Charlie was very helpful ( Newcastle ) and has been when I call for advice .. Bit of a mix up on delivery but they made up for it by having it delivered by a very professional team on the next available date ( with in 1 days ) . Since delivery we have enjoyed hours of fun and it couldn't be easier to maintain . Thankyou Charlie and Spa world.

Got it up and running 3 days ago and the grandies were hardly out of it. As for us "oldies", we now have a touch of luxury to enjoy which gives us more options over the pool we discarded. Added value to our property too!! Too early to comment on maintenance as yet but we believe confidently that according to previous owners' reviews this will not be an issue

We use our spa at least 5 times per week.
Maintenance is almost zero. A matter of adding sanitizer after each use and cleaning the filters monthly.
it really is set and forget.

Don't delay deciding to purchase a spa any longer. I have been pondering over owning a spa for 10 years, did the rounds of all Brisbane retail stores, checked out all brands and Spa World by far had the best service and offerings. If in Brisbane, ask for Michelle. Her service and product advice was outstanding. Michelle even answered her phone to assist me on her days off. Thanks Spa World, I should have made this purchase years ago. I use my spa every day, no issues and extremely easy to look after.
