Outstanding Service
PlumbersCannot speak highly enough of RACV Home Assist. We had a burst pipe underneath our unit with only a 30 cm gap and no access. RACV sent Domain Plumbing . Lukefrom Domain Plumbing arranged prompt repair of our problem by Scott who was very professional.Jessica,telephonist from DP kept us informed. At 1am the back tap was very loose this morning and we were losing water. Spencer arrived from Domain Plumbing arrived and fixed the problem. Plumbing Emergency Fixed Very Quickly
PlumbersSewerage was backing up / blocked. Noticed the issue around 7pm. Called RACV and issue was resolved before 830pm. Very happy with the professionalism of the plumber who attended, as well as the speed of resolution
Awesome experience - plumbers and sparkies
PlumbersWe moved into our house and as happens, almost immediately the hot water went and the toilets were backing up.
We joined RACV emergency home assist and holy moly are we glad we did.
The hot water electrician was round in a flash. So professional, easy going and lovely to deal with. The prices were very fair too.
The plumbers that came round cleaned out the pipes but in the end we had to install a whole new sewage line and they were amazing. Done in one day, the price was very fair (we did shop around).
So all in all - after a bit of drama RACV emergency home assist's service providers had us with hot baths and able to use the toilet with confidence and all super fast and at fair prices.
We'll always have this RACV service!

Assistance with Hot Water Service
PlumbersDiscovered hot water service pilot light was out and we couldn't get it started. Called RACV Emergency Home Assist and a fantastic person responded and arranged for a plumber to attend. He came in less than an hour and was able to fix the problem. Fantastic service provided, really happy.

You cant afford to be without it
PlumbersMy household has been a member of RACV Emergency Home Assist for nearly 10 years. At less than $20.00 per month its great value. On Easter Monday we needed the assistance of a plumber. If I wasn't in the RACV Home Assist I shudder to think how much the call out fee would have been, definitely more than the $200.00 I pay for tearly to be covered. I have called RACV Home Assist on average at least once a year and they have repaired everything from broken windows to non responsive hot water systems and being locked out of home.
My best advice is you can't afford not to be covered by RACV Emaergency Home Assist
