I have serviced my car here many times over the last few years and always leave here happy knowing my car has been looked after, they do log book servicing and they have loan cars so you are not left without a car while yours is being repaired. They also wash my car after it gets serviced!! My friends and family all go here now, I would defiantly recommend the team to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy mechanic! :)

The first time I had servicing done with Rapid Tune (East Brisbane), they were great. They were honest and didn't try to sell unnecessary services to me. I knew I would be back. Then the second time, my car was brought in for a full inspection, oil change, etc. Once I got home I realised one of my hub caps was missing. I called them up and asked if they forgot to put it back on. He insisted that they were all put back on. I told him it clearly wasn't put back on properly, because in the two minute drive home, it's managed to be lost. He said he'd go look around and call me back. Never got a call back. Very disappointing. It shouldn't have to cost your customers for your mistake.

Friendly staff with excellent customer service. very satisfied with the products and service purchased. The back up customer service is great. but most importantly the initial problem was 100% fixed.

Took in my old Merc in which hasn’t had a service for a couple of years and was running like a tractor.
The last quote I received 2 years ago from another mechanic was at $3k to fix pending issues.
So in it went with Rapidtune, I received honest and accurate information and the car was fixed beautifully for half that of the 2 year old quote. There was an issue post job that was intermittent, and thankfully to their persistence and David’s, that was overcome at no extra charge.

Took my car in for a service and they overfilled the oil by double the capacity required an the air box was left un-clip and loose in the engine bay. I had to rectify the issue at home, so the vehicle would not be damaged. I Followed up with the "manager" and they spent more time quoting ACCC law than actually dealing with my complaint.

I serviced my Car with them, they picked up on a few issues and asked me to fix through them. I got a quote from a mechanic a kilo Metre away. Was 3 times cheaper than them. When I refused to do let Rapid Tune Keysborough people fix it. They threatened me that they will inform vicroads that my car is not roadworthy. When I took my car to the next mechanic, the mechanic said these items are not necessary to change now. They are all good for now and wrote it on the book as well.

Never trust them and don’t be fooled by their 3 cheap service offer. That is a true scam.

Rapid tune Keysborough the true scammers.

I own a PT Cruiser that's 11 years running. Most mechanics balk at Cruisers for good reason, these guys didn't. They listen when I suggest possible faults and check them out. Latest was a service that found low coolant/brake flush needed, they are willing to do the timing belt on a non-interference engine and willing to crawl all through her to make sure she's running well.

No huge quotes, no surprises. No jargon.
Love these guys.

I was in dire need of help with our car!! Rang everyone local, was told likely to take days and couldn't be seen for over a week. Rapid Tune got me in the same day. And had it all ready by the weekend. So I made it to my brothers wedding! Just so grateful thanks again guys :)

I have recently received a leaflet in the letter box offering normal service for $149. I booked and was delighted by the experience, will be taking all my work vans and Utes to Underwood from now on in. Great service, reasonable access and plenty of parking. Fantastic service received by the guy up the front too!, being a female I was made to feel very comfortable.

I have be using Rapid Tune for some time now, I have found the approach to customer service refreshing. Very informative process and super helpful!! I would never go elsewhere!
