Ordered with express postage, not shipped for a week... Arrived 10 days after ordering. Was a week delay in shipping without any explanation or refund.
Customer service responded with claim that customers were notified. They were not.

Part delivery not turned up!
Contacted 3 times - first time thanked me for not complaining publically! And promises of getting it! 5 weeks on I still don’t have the missing gear missing 10pack double sided match cards

Great Ref Gear, only reason to not give five stars is due to order being complete online for a week but not receiving tracking information email even after two follow up web chats & phone calls, still never received the tracking info until Australia Post sent me an email saying my parcel is arriving today. Apart from that would use them again.

I have made multiple purchases, the main one being for the all weather notebook (which is by far the best notebook a referee could use). Along with the purchase of many other items, and not once have i had to email or call to check where my items are. Delivery has always been either before or when expected and the items are just as listed.

Ultimately, Refsworld provides me with all the required tools i need for refereeing my games. Its also great to see them releasing new products all the time.

Ordered a kit and some accessories almost 2 months ago and still have not received my order, I've sent 3 unanswered emails and have heard absolutely nothing back from them.

I had ordered Referees gear on the 10th of August 2018 via their website but I still haven't received my order. No one is replying to my email or answering the phone. They acknowledged my order placement and took my money but have not delivered the ordered things. How can this Company do business without any communication or customer service? Is this a legitmate Company or a fraudulent one?

A query regarding a product and purchase was expeditiously and courteously rectified. Excellent communication and problem solving ensued. Professionalism not often afforded in our modern retail world.

I have now purchased Five different items off Refsworld. The last time I ordered items the parcel had not arrived arrived a week after I had purchased my items. I rang the phone number from the website and my phone called was answered, I was greeted by a friendly and very approachable man called Harry who was more than happy to help with my order. He was very apologetic and he insisted on sending my order through express post. I told me that my order would be at my home in two days. I understand things get stuck in transit and I am very happy with the way that Refsworld has dealt with this issue and I will definitely be shopping there again and I recommend others do the same.

I Ordered a few items one week and got them promptly, made another order days later, its now been 3 months and haven't gotten my items i ordered, they are shocking with communication!!!! they said after the 3 months oh we wil pay you a refund in your account, its been another 3 weeks and no refund, this is why im posting here, do not buy form this site!!! just head over to Ausref! they got my items to me like promised!!
Absolutely shocking and appalling

Reading the reviews, I was afraid of putting my order in. But after a few days, I decided to give it a go...
My order was promptly dispatched and reached me within two days with everything that I had ordered. I also don't know what the problem is...

I made an order online. They claim to deliver the goods within 3 working days. 15 working days, several emails and unanswered calls later I get a phone call telling me they never had my size, "forgot" to inform me and give me a refund. They apologised and offered a full refund which will apparently be deposited today. I have a feeling I'm going to have to chase them up again. DO NOT make an order with them!

I have waited several weeks for my order and was even assessed in a recent game by the owner of the business and he assured me my order would be prompt.................that didn't happen!!

The most frustrating thing is, he appears to have plenty of time for social media Facebook updates but cant respond to a simple text call, or even email.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS BUSINESS!!!!!

Ordered equipment 2 months ago, and has not turned up. Emails, texts and calls to the business are ignored. Finally gave up and lodged a claim with Paypal. After searching the net, it seems my experience is not atypical. Slow/non-existent delivery and poor communication is the norm. In short, go elsewhere.

Never ever order with them! It's been 4 months and still haven't received product or refund. They do not answer phone calls or e-mails. They refuse to give a refund. I have heard this is true for many cases so save yourself the hassle and don't bother. They are a horribly dysfunctional company

After I placed my order I waited 3 weeks and still had nothing, sent a number of emails and calls and still got no response... After 6 weeks I finally gave up and put a claim into Paypal. I got my money back and never received my goods... Will never shop there again

Unresponsive, no tracking system, and slow (3+ weeks to get from Australia to New Zealand). They did, however, deliver what I ordered in a good condition. And the price was very competitive, which is why I used them. I might use them again, but not as my first choice and certainly not if I need anything in a hurry.
