I am planning to buy Rinnai 252 series, but I don't understand the letter after 252.
Can someone tell me the difference between 252SN, 252SL, 252L and 252N ? and what are SN, SL, L, and N for ?

Thanks for the question DSD, the letter after the model number relates to the colour of the unit and the gas type. So N=Natural Gas, L=LPG, S= Silver and the other colour is off-white/Beige. Hi Sandra, thanks for the question. The difference between the 2 models you have listed is the colour, one is beige/cream and the other is silver grey. The actual heater itself is identical.
